Everything was cold. Nobody responded to us when we caused for them. They were all in the back talking. We had to use the kiosk. We waited a while after our order so why was the food cold?

There’s a flood in the kitchen right outside the pot machine. The bathroom was disgusting. The swaps from the toilet seat came back positive for gram-negative bacteria. They were out of hot chicken and they couldn’t give me two mediums to replace the large because they said they were out of large french fry boxes so I got charged extra in the fries were disgusting. The grease was nasty and the fries were disgusting. They couldn’t even give me a discount because they didn’t have my fries or my hot chicken. They didn’t even check to see if I could get a discount and nobody was there but meone car just pulled up behind me

There was a long line in the drive thru, and each order seemed to take longer than usual. The food was acceptable but not outstanding. The lady at the window was overworked but courteous. A busy day at lunchtime, I am sure that it will be better next visit.
