I have never reviewed any establishment but after so many negative experiences at the Springs Road location, I believe it’s time. I’m actually blown away but how many times I’ve been greeted with a sad and almost annoyed “Wendy’s what can I get for you”. I place a mobile order before arriving and treat them kindly (like I get it customer facing jobs can be draining so I try to make their lives easier) and it doesn’t help or matter. I pull around and it’s usually the same rude girl with an attitude who hands me my food without saying anything and slams the window closed. It’s a roll of the dice whether your food is fresh or old and dry like your grandma. Nothing sucks more than spending almost $15 and getting dry bland food. I live 2 minutes from this place and I make the drive to the Viewmont location just so I don’t have to deal with them. The sad part is this location has been this way for months. I mean look at all the negative reviews, they don’t care! As long as people keep coming, they won’t change. Several months passed and I tried to give this location a second chance. I won’t make that mistake again!Attached is a photo of the "baconator fries" I got last time. My friends and I still laugh about it,

So to begin with they would not respect the coupons on their window second they were selling at least our old Burgers calling them fresh third the manager was right there making sure they sold those old burgers and didn't mind give you another old one but made you wait 10 minutes to get another old Burger don't do it. But the chicken nuggets was fresh fries was halfway
Waited in line behind 2 people 15 minutes. When we finally got up there to order, employees didn't bother to help us after 10 minutes of looking at us but the drive thru kept getting food. Didn't bother to say we will be with you or anything. Not one word. Won't be

Over $7 for a "Big Bacon classic" that really isn't that BIG or BACON-EY anymore is absolutely terrible ? $12 for the combo is even more atrocious. The sandwich they gave me by itself is a $4 burger at best
