Night shift does not have it in order. Wanna sit in the drive through for 45 minutes at the order box? Better off going inside to get your food. With trash cans overflowing, And rude employees. Management is lacking, they take most of the blame. Employees need more structure. Overall horrible experience.

We have been to this location many times since they opened. We came tonight after looking at lights and waited almost an hour for food. The cleanliness was not what it has always been especially the bathrooms we could not use. I understand they had grill issues but it would have been nice to have been told when ordering instead of going up and trying to catch someone to see how much longer your food was going to be after 45 minutes

Waited over an hour for my meal. Food was cold. All trash can were full both the lobby and bathroom were dirty. Very disappointed spent 20 dollars on a meal that was cold.

Went in with no expectations and came out pleasantly surprised. Food was good, definitely seemed fresh. Fries were eerily similar to McDonalds, which were pretty good. Lettuce was nice and crunchy, tomatoes were good, and the wait wasn't long. Would eat there again without hesitation.

Absolutely WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE. It was ridiculous chaos...for no apparent reason other than the HORRIBLE RUDE management. I ordered a simple burger meal with no onions ..sat at the drive thru window for at least 20 minutes..where I'm pretty sure I witnessed food safety and handling violations. I was told my order was lost and they'd have to remake it...I asked to just cancel it but was told to pull to a reserve spot and a manager would come talk to me..which NEVER HAPPENED. Eventually got my food, which was cold and inedible, NOT my receipt and no manager like I was told. I again asked for the receipt. The poor girl running her butt off said a manager would have to do it because they basically had no way to do it. LIES..the manager just didn't know how or want to. Waited another 10ish minutes in the reserve spot for them to come out before I went in and asked for the receipt where the boy muttered oh God under his breath when I gave him the order name. Eventually a girl in a blue shirt was able to print the receipt. Meanwhile the manager continued to his in the back and shirk all responsibility.
Sat 15 minutes waiting for food at curbside pickup. Finally had to go inside to get it myself and it still wasn’t ready

Very busy at this location at lunch time. Food (Wataburger) was hot and delicious as was the malt. Service was very good, they give you the drinks before you sit down than deliver your food when ready (#plaque).
