Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

I decided to come back after the store opened, again. I kept an eye open for how it’s been run, after reading the previous reviews. Dan seems to be doing a good job, along with the staff,from the experience I had. The food is good. The shakes are great, and the restaurant seems fine. Perhaps there were some bumps in the road, but it’s getting to where it needs to be under the new GM.

This is the first review I think I have ever left. I know it is the first bad review. I haven’t been to Which Wich in months and went one day last week. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and one of the staff members talked about spilling pepper all over a sandwich. I thought there is no way that it could be mine since he was talking about it right there in front of me. One of the other staff members said, “Well that’s gonna be a very peppery sandwich.” Took it to go and opened the sandwich. There was pepper EVERYWHERE. Another staff member was in one of the booths coughing everywhere, all over the table. I heard another member asking in front of a customer who had just ordered, “How do I make the sandwich?”

Went to eat here when they still had 15 minutes to close. Instead they were already closed. I used to eat here weekly and wouldn’t close till 9 pm and it’s 8:45 pm. No one was in there at all.

My family and I have been big fans of Which Wich since they’ve been in Hickory. However since they temporarily closed down and reopened the service has been awful! My sandwich has been wrong the last two times I’ve been which I believe has to do with the staff talking and chatting way too much and getting the orders out. I want to remain a customer of you guys but please get your staffing correct.

Never will I eat at a place who posts a sign blaming a single employee for their mess and even naming her! That is beyond classless and we will not be back. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I don't even know this person but this is horrible.

Some of the best sandwiches I have ever had,made to order just as I ordered !

First time coming here ordered the avocado sandwich online added a bunch of stuff to it get my order and all it has is avocado apparantly it didnt register on their system or whatever and they said they couldnt do anyhting about it. Their avocado was pretty tasteless on top of that thanks for the bread and tasteless topping never coming back here again. To top it off I got directions to get there from their page and it took me to the other side of the city while I'm on my lunch break now I'm hungry upset and wasted my break.

Honestly the cheese steak wasn't that bad, a bit salty but would eat again. Tons of options on subs. The annoying part is going to sandwich school and filling out your order bag. Would rather tell you what I want but overall clean and good quality. It's like an upscale subway.

This is my favorite place to eat when I'm in hickory. Great atmosphere with really good sandwiches.

Never met a sandwich here that I didnt like. Fresh & Tasty made to order goodness.

French Dip was good sweet tea not so much.

Great as always. Friendly staff good food.
