The restaurant has a good service and great location. I ordered Mongolian beef, and I wasn't able to finish it. There was no plate presentation, no meat, just sauce and veggies. They need to improve the food quality to be a true Asian Bistro.

I’m going to have to find another Chinese restaurant unfortunately. I ordered online at 6:15P. I received a text that they received my order and I saw on my account that I was charged. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:45P and was told they didn’t receive my order! I waited and waited as they STARTED my order. I had 3 dinners ordered with 2 of them being Sweet & Sour Chicken. I finally got my food and drove home, a 20 minute drive. When I got there my wife informed me that there was no sweet & sour sauce. I drove back to the restaurant and they gave me my sauce with no apology. I ended up getting back home at 8:00P and ate cold Chinese food. What a terrible experience!!!!!

Half the restaurant is currently empty but I just stood and waited for a seat for 10 minutes without anyone asking me if I had been helped. I just gave up and left. Too understaffed to handle take out and dine in at the same time I guess.

I ordered stir fry chicken with kung pao sauce. The sauce did not taste like kung pao at all. It was thick soy sauce, not spicy. The dish had no peppers. Awful. The sushi roll was falling apart. But at least they had brown rice as an option.

Ordered take out on Christmas night. I fully expected a wait, I was just happy to find a place that was open. That happiness wouldn't last. After being told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes, my Son and I sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. I was surrounded by other guests who had been waiting even longer. At one point, several of us requested refunds, only to be denied, and being told "it's ready now" when it wasn't. We were figuratively being held hostage by a terrible manager who had long ago lost control of the situation. After 2 hours, I finally got my food. Drove the 5 minutes home, sat down to eat, and....I couldn't. Absolutely everything that I ordered was disgusting. The chicken somehow had the texture of bologna. The entrees were cold, the sushi was hot. Overcooked Lo Mein. I headed back immediately, and I knew that I was going to have a fight on my hands, because I had already seen how the Manager was handling customer complaints, and it wasn't pretty. Like the people before me, I was basically told "too bad. You take it home and eat it. No refund." After some polite insistence, I was given back a partial refund, but not the correct amount. My kid was so hungry that he ate the warm sushi, and I only wanted a refund for what I returned. He still refused to properly refund my money, but by that time I had wasted 3 hours of my time on this ordeal. This was my first and last visit to Wild Wok 127. Terrible food and even worse management.

Really need to work on their cooking. Chickens always either two soggy or overcooked. Fried rice doesn't taste like fried rice.

Every single time I go here and order the exact same thing they get it wrong every single time. Always check your food before leaving. Don’t just assume they got it right.

The place was dirty and the staff was rude. Saw how the manager was talking to an older customer and it really made me upset. Food isn't even close to worth it either. Just skip this place

Placed an order for pick up in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes after placing the order only to wait an additional 30 mins in the lobby of the restaurant that had not a single soul dining in. I asked to cancel my order several times because I didn’t want to wait, the guy wouldn’t let me cancel. I was forced to wait 1 hour for an order initially expected to take 20 mins. Terrible service and the food wasn’t even great.

Went to go pick up my order and was told they do not have it. I was recommended to the other Wild Wok across town. That's a 30 minute drive one way. When I got to the other one, I was told they don't have it either, so I drove back to the other one.

My wife and I interacted with the same person as before, however they mentioned to the person in front of us that they did not have phone or internet. This person was the manager. An hour of my family's time and $50 of my money was WASTED on not having that information shared. There was NO apology given from the manager.

I do not recommend this restaurant as the manager seems to only care about her business and not taking care of her customers.
