Placed an order at 7pm, said it would be ready around 7:20 - did not receive food until 8:10..waited 50 mins longer than expected just to get home and have the wrong flavors on my wings - and missing only had 8pcs of a 10pc order of corn. And the flavors on the wings I got was not good. SUPER

They need to be more careful about making sure that all the customers food is in the bag ! Sucks when you only get half of what you ordered.
What is going on why do you cook the boneless wings so dog on hard🤷🏽♀️if the customer asks for it sure . I am very unhappy with my delivery the packaging was sloppy and not presentable. My drink was flat.It looked rushed and careless. Lost my business in Hickory NC for sure.
Well they forgot the chicken sandwhiches so I paid $16 for fries, drinks and ranch no one ever picks up the phone so my loss as my husband says should of checked the order but i had to get back to work and it's a 30+ minute wait every time, it also takes time before anyone comes up to take your order they are nice once there tho; save money and time go somewhere else. My daughters tenders are always good I will say that for them

Wings were good. Fries were over cooked. But man they took forever to have my order ready. I ordered online said the latest it was gonna be ready was 6:40. Got there at 6:45 and had to wait damn near a half hour until I finally got my food. Plus the inside was dirty and unorganized. One of the worst wingstops I've been to.
