You seriously can't make this up. Go through drive thru order a chicken sandwich combo. She asks me what to drink I say oh just fill cup with ice I brought my own drink. She then is telling She is trying to figure out how to not charge me for a water cup. But I'm buying a combo ma'am.....ummm what charge? She said well I have to ring up the water cup and it's a charge. I said but I'm not getting a drink with my combo. I said put down a coke and then just give me an cup with ice. She tells me to pull around. I pay and after eating I look at receipt and I'm still charged for a water cup. Woe just wow. The stupidity is a real crisis at Zaxbys.

Placed a mobile order on the app for a pick up on 1/11 and drove to the restaurant to pick up. When I arrived I noticed that the building was closed, lights off and doors locked, no signage on any door. We had some winter weather in the area, so that’s understandable, even though the app said they were open. I contacted support asking for a refund since the restaurant wasn’t open and I wasn’t able to receive my order. I was told the refund was being processed and the rep said he also put a $5 coupon on my account for the inconvenience, which I wasn’t expecting but appreciated. I didn’t receive either. Since January 11th I have called the restaurants direct line multiple times and no one ever answers. I have contacted support 3 more additional times. One call I was told that my refund was processed, and once again never received. The last two calls I have been told that they cannot process a refund due to the location being a franchise, but management of this location would reach out to me via phone or email to resolve. It has now been over a month and I have not been contacted and still have not received my refund for an order I never received. The lack of urgency and communication on top of incorrect information given by the customer service team and this locations management has been absolutely ridiculous. I now have resorted to filing a dispute with my credit card company (which can take up to an additional 30 days), but this location has lost my business for good.

This is the best Zaxby's I have ever been too! The staff are absolutely amazing to work with and are super friendly. The food is always spot on and I have never had any issues with my order. The speed of service is also great. 5/5

Great place to eat for lunch or dinner the service is fast and the employees are very friendly the salad I ordered was fresh and I didn’t have to wait long it was ready before I finished paying it is a nice place to take the family for lunch or dinner or just an anytime snack the tables where clean

Can’t explain how much I appreciate this Zaxby’s. After evacuating due to Hurricane Helene, I found myself at a hotel right behind this Zaxby’s. I was so happy they were open. When I arrived, I noticed that while they had power, their registers and all technology were still not working. This crew was taking orders, calculating totals + tax, making great food, , and giving excellent customer service, all while some of them were possibly going home to no power, no air, damaged homes, or worse. I spoke with the manager, Keisha, and could tell her crew is in great hands. Though I was in the area due to a disaster, I do travel through the area quite frequently and will absolutely remember this visit, the comfort they provided me in that moment, and make the stop everytime.

I walked into this place, and the smell of RANK old oil hit my nose along seeing the counter-chick with no gloves on was putting cheese on someone's chicken sandwich! GROSS!! I walked out!
