Zaxby’s on springs rd was a hit or miss…Ordered the wings and things, Wings Buffalo garlic Blaze.. They tasted just as the name says.. I was disappointed because the wings were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Basically everything tasted that way.. I always say restaurants are not like they used too be, these people don’t care…#DISSAPOINTED!!!

I honestly love this place. Theres an employee here named Aaron and he is GREAT. Never hesitates to attend to customers, never rude and always professional. I felt compelled to do this review because of it lol I come here almost every day and everytime hes doing a phenomenal job. So I wanted to shout him out, especially because I want him AND EVERYONE ELSE there to know that WE SEE THEM and their effort. Great staff all around and the food is literally always perfect. Thats why I eat here almost daily for lunch. Great job Aaron and crew 🫡

I get lunch here all the time. The salads are always tasty, the fries are well seasoned and crispy, and the milkshakes are a nice little treat. I like the lemon pepper chicken as well. The employees are friendly and quick with orders. The drive through is managed well and the dine in experience is perfect for taking a short break. I’ve been to other Zaxby’s locations but this one always feels better.

Big Zak snack coupon makes the price for 2 meals 9 bucks and yeah its ok portion for the cost. But there is no way I would pay almost 10 bucks for the tiny 3 pieces of small chicken strips and half a potato sliced into fries. And a small drink with refill is acceptable. But without the survey to get another coupon I wouldn't be paying for this meal. 3 strips are the size 1 used to be 3 or 4 yrs ago

Guy at drive thru the other day was very nice and polite. He seems to be learning English but I think its brave of him to want to learn. Would definitely return, all staff is very kind.

Both cups were not secure so they both leaked everywhere, fries tasted like they were re-warmed, and they forgot my son sauce. They charge for sauce so I should have gotten sauce. It’s only this location I have problems from.

Guy operating drive through service can’t speak english, and clearly in training. Had the hardest time ordering and then still gave me ranch instead of zax sauce which I had to pay for. Poor management decisions, not the guy at the windows fault but he needs to was dishes instead or something that doesn’t require extensive communication.

Supervisors and employees who read this comment, please be more aware that when a customer pays for a drink, they are paying to consume their selected drink, NOT ICE, since practically 80% of the Medium Glass was ice, just to consume ice. I consume it from my home.

Dominic took my order at 2:50pm. Dominic should spend less time flirting and laughing with the girl he works with and get the orders right. Try checking them like the manager does before it goes out the drive thru. I got a fried Cobb salad with no bacon or fried onions with extra ranch and a med drink. Dominic hands my order out the the window because apparently the girl that was there could do nothing but laugh and then turn her back on me. He gets ready to close the window when I have to ask for my drink. I get home and there’s bacon on my salad. There’s 1 ranch dressing packet and 2 ranch dressing dipping cups. For a salad. I paid 15.00 for a salad and drink for this? This is why I stopped going to the Lenoir Rhyne one. They need to bring the little female Hispanic manager back. She was awesome and I never had a problem. This store is 5 minutes from my house. I’ll make the extra drive to go to chick fil an instead.
