Service was terrible asked for double fries with my meal because my gf is allergic to coleslaw and got coleslaw anyways went back and the night manager and crew was nonchalant about the situation after me explaining my concerns and was told the store was closed and they didn’t have any food to remake my order after having me wait in a parking spot for my food. Asked for extra chicken on my salad and didn’t get it. Went back the next day to speak to the GM and explained everything asked for a refund because we couldn’t eat our food and was told no. Asked for the district name and number she said she didn’t have that information so I then asked for corporate number she said she don’t have the number either. I eat at this location very often and the get that type of treatment and experience is not acceptable. Employees and Managers are nonchalant and don’t care. Not sure if I will return!!!!!

Paid $31 to be shorted 2 chicken tenders on a 6 piece meal and to hardly have any salad in the salad bowl ordered. 4 teeny tiny pieces of chicken when we paid for 6 tenders. wont be coming to this location again.

Gave me the wrong order, then gave me the right order and forgot my drink and sauces that yall charged me extra for. Tell your employees to get off their phones and pay attention. All 3 of them had their phones out messing with them instead of giving the right orders to people.

Usually, Zaxbys has great food. I visited on 5-22-24 at 11:10am. I received my order very quickly. Upon receiving it I noticed the fries were very soggy, soaked in oil (as if they were cooked in oil not up to the correct temperature). I told the guy behind the counter. He just gave me the look like.....and what do you want me to do about it... I told him never mind they are not edible, then I threw them away. I guess Zaxbys is becoming like most other business with the who cares attitude. Zaxbys, train your employees on how to take care of small issues like this. It's cheaper to keep an existing customer than to get a new one!

I eat here all the time and the staff makes my day! They always make sure I have what I ordered and have never given me issues when I am being needy. Whether I come inside or the drive thru, I am always greeted so wonderfully and warmly! I choose this location over the one closer to my home, just because of staff.

when I was at Zaxby's on Springs Road, my friend was filling up her drink, and a plastic bag plopped into her drink as she was filling it up. She felt very ashamed and distressed. As the workers continue to laugh and tell her that she was not getting a refund. we were not aware of the consequences towards the Zaxby workers After finding this. Now we find this unacceptable and we will not be able to forgive until we find you in court. I am suing for $2 million.WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AFTER.MWAHAHAHAHA????
