Zaxby’s on springs rd was a hit or miss…Ordered the wings and things, Wings Buffalo garlic Blaze.. They tasted just as the name says.. I was disappointed because the wings were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Basically everything tasted that way.. I always say restaurants are not like they used too be, these people don’t care…#DISSAPOINTED!!!

I honestly love this place. Theres an employee here named Aaron and he is GREAT. Never hesitates to attend to customers, never rude and always professional. I felt compelled to do this review because of it lol I come here almost every day and everytime hes doing a phenomenal job. So I wanted to shout him out, especially because I want him AND EVERYONE ELSE there to know that WE SEE THEM and their effort. Great staff all around and the food is literally always perfect. I get lunch here all the time. The salads are always tasty, the fries are well seasoned and crispy, and the milkshakes are a nice little treat. I like the lemon pepper chicken as well. The employees are friendly and quick with orders. The drive through is managed well and the dine in experience is perfect for taking a short break. I’ve been to other Zaxby’s locations but this one always feels better.
