Usually, Zaxbys has great food. I visited on 5-22-24 at 11:10am. I received my order very quickly. Upon receiving it I noticed the fries were very soggy, soaked in oil (as if they were cooked in oil not up to the correct temperature). I told the guy behind the counter. He just gave me the look like.....and what do you want me to do about it... I told him never mind they are not edible, then I threw them away. I guess Zaxbys is becoming like most other business with the who...

Very fast service! Clean inside! All employees super friendly and helpful taking care of my special requests. My wife and I have been eating at this location multiple times per week for years.

I eat here all the time and the staff makes my day! They always make sure I have what I ordered and have never given me issues when I am being needy. Whether I come inside or the drive thru, I am always greeted so wonderfully and warmly! I choose this location over the one closer to my home, just because of staff.
