First time in and not my last. My experience was good, the bagel options were great with a lot of variety. The breakfast sandwiches were made well and the portions were good. Iced coffee was ok, not brewed in house but was stok which I personally buy to drink at home so it was fine, they did jazz it up with some flavoring and spice. All in all good and can’t wait to try their lunch.

We stopped for breakfast this morning and all enjoyed our sandwiches and will be back to try something different

I recently visited 68 Deli Bagel & Grill and, while the food was excellent, the customer service left me extremely disappointed. I placed my order online at 10:00 AM with a pickup time of 10:17, but when I arrived, I felt completely invisible. No one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence, and the staff seemed to go out of their way to avoid eye contact. I waited in silence until 10:30, feeling uncomfortable and ignored, before I finally asked for an update on my order. Even then, they acted as if my order hadn’t been placed and questioned whether I had ordered from the right location. Only after some back-and-forth did they finally find my bag, which had been sitting in a corner the entire time, untouched. The lack of communication was frustrating and made me feel unwelcome. When I got home, I discovered a hole in the bottom of my box, which caused syrup to spill onto my pants, and there was even a hair in my food. The food itself tasted great, but these issues and especially the poor communication overshadowed the experience. While the food and atmosphere are genuinely good, the customer service needs serious improvement. I hope management addresses these issues, as no one should feel ignored or invisible when they’re just trying to pick up their order

ordered a lot of the food to go. and ive been extremely happy with the food. the variety of bagels. the unique options in the cream cheese. i am very satisficed with this place. highly recommend

Awesome diner place a new gem in High Point. Delicious ? food! Located in the very corner of the plaza behind Gianno’s restaurant off Eastchester Dr. Excellent family owned business with amazing ice coffees that blew Starbucks away! MANY Bagel & cream cheese choices, wide variety of sandwiches. Open breakfast & lunch only. Affordable prices!

Bad service on a Sunday afternoon. Lady states there is no iced coffee 10 minutes later 7 sorority girls walk in and walk out with iced coffee. I don’t get it

The food from 68 Deli slaps! Closest to a NY breakfast sandwich you get from a bodega I have found since leaving NY. My kid loved the silver dollar pancakes. This is my new go-to breakfast spot. Shoutout 68 Deli Bagel & Grill!
