Applebee's Grill + Bar

I ordered my husband food from here to be door dashed last night while I was working my night shift. I ordered the Philly Dipper sandwich with the garlicky green beans as a side. When it arrived, there was no green beans nor au jus sauce for the sandwich. Door dash was notified and they refunded some of our money. I reordered the same thing, called this Applebees and told them the first order was wrong and I reordered so please make sure everything is there on the new order. My husband received his 2nd order, and no au jus sauce. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager, and little did I know my husband had also called. The lady who answered my phone call said she was a manager. I proceeded to tell the lady what happened and another worker was shouting in the background that she’s talking to a gentleman about it as we speak. She could be heard using a few choice words in the background while the lady who said she was the manager began laughing. They gave us a 25 dollar credit but we will not be going back to this Applebees nor ordering from them again. The two ladies were rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand from all these negative reviews, why something hasn’t been done about the staff and service.

I came in Thursday at about 5pm, I was very surprised at how rude the hostess was. I come in here frequently and the hostess, I believe her name was Janiyah, was extremely rude and distant. She didn’t introduce herself and didn’t speak to us once. Other than that, our server was kind, the food was great.

Angela was my bartender and Nicole was the manager when I wandered into this Neighborhood Grill. The unparalleled service. The kindness. The jukebox. The families laughing and enjoying their lunch. I had the fiesta lime chicken. As delicious as always. Played Chet Baker and Bill Evans to class the joint up.

Food was good. Service was good. My complaint is no lunch specials. So I got a basic burger with fries and a drink. Almost $17.00! Then a tip coz it’s not the waitress fault prices are stupid high. So basically $20.00 for a basic burger lunch. Chik-Fil-A next door would have been a much better choice for half the price. So I wanted a to go cup for $3.29 Pepsi. So I get a kids cup for that price. Oh well, I won’t be back there for lunch.

Went in for appetizers. We got the sampler that had the wings, mozzarella sticks, quesidilla, and chips and spinach artichoke dip. The food was really tasty. The service was very good.

Usually not crowded on a Friday or Saturday night so my friends and I will go after a movie and have had bookclub there.

The food was good but they where down a cook in the kitchen and missing several members of wait staff.

It is no wonder there were only two cars in the parking lot on a Sunday. At one time Applebee's was the place to go but obviously not anymore. Unfortunately, I had a gift card here so me and my daughter dined here that day.

Out server was polite but she was very slow and there wasn't that many people in the dining room for her to be so slow with service. I used to wait tables and tip well when I get great service but when I dont give 10%.

If service is not great customers will not return. The food was actually good but service is a big part

We don't eat Applebee's, it's just a drop off /pick up location for my employee.
Applebee's to me is a heat and service restaurant chain, cooks don't or not allowed to use their own creativity to in the craft.

The last time we went to the one in High Point NC. The staff was horrible, we sat at the bar, the manager was on the phone and staff was on their phones and talking with each other. We walked out and no one said anything. They need the old staff back. The manager was dress for picnic in the park.

Chicken Parm was mediocre to say the least, chicken was rubbery, no mozzarella, fettuccine way over cooked and it wasn’t busy @ all, had to wait over 10 minutes after I was notified online that the order was ready.

Better than expected, not a lot of people, but the oook made the best burger that I have had in some time.
