Customer service wasn’t good at all food took forever and they weren’t even busy. They didn’t give no silverware, straws, napkins had to keep asking. Was being rushed to pay just got our food and she asked did we wanna pay. But the food was pretty good. Overall the customer service can be better

Service here really sucks!! Waited over 30 minutes to even get appetizers when we saw other people get food AFTER they were seated after our party. Then, waitress acted like she didn't care that we were even there. Really have gone down hill!!!!

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive when the floor manager came and told us our order would be delayed because of a problem in the kitchen. When it finally came both of my wife's order were incorrect and cold. The floor manager corrected the problem with giving us a partial credit for the incorrect fries on my order, but my food was totally inedible. It was as if a grammar school home economics class had made an effortless attempt to throw something together. Total disregard for paying customers. I WILL NEVER AGAIN EAT AT APPLEBEE'S!!!!!!

This place is a joke. There are 19 open tables. We had a party at 6:00 they said half hour away I said can we at least get saved it. They said no they can't do that with 19 open tables across the street there's a 2-hour wait at Kickback Jack's which is packed solid you can tell how this particular Applebee's is run down and they have let this restaurant go....

Chloe was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She took care of our every need. She is an asset to Applebee's! The restaurant was very clean and the food was amazing. The beer was ice cold too! The temperature, portion size, and quality of the food was impeccable! We will definitely return and can only hope to get this wonderful waitress with the beautiful smile again.
