Curly fires were cold, beef n cheddar was slapped together with such haste it was shingled sideways with cheese everywhere, Sweet tea was sour and when asked for sauces two seperate times, at the screen and at checkout window none were given.

This place is a joke and not a franchise worth having near you. I could find more attentive workers from hiring people living in an old folks home. The workers never answer the drive through intercom, your order is likely wrong or your fries are cold. I’m not sure why I still bother with this place, probably nostalgia of when it used to be worth a sheet.

Sign on the door says they close at 10 PM for the café at 11 PM for the drive-through. I walk in stand waiting at the front counter for five minutes. At least two workers with headsets on make eye contact with me and then walk back to the back. Nobody makes an attempt to see if I am at this Arby’s to potentially get food.

Worst experience ever! Unkind employees! The curly fries were barely warm! The soda machine was messed up but there was no warning sign! There was no mustard in the pump! Employees with no cap or hair nets! Dirty tables! It was definitely a mistake to come here!!!

This place has really went down hill. With the experience my family had I wouldn’t be surprised if this restaurant were to become extinct and it’s sad. I remember when this restaurant was a high end restaurant where the quality of food and service was on point. Staff was very unfriendly and the food was old and stale. The roast beef was crusted and dry around the edges fries were cold as well as the mozzarella sticks.

Staff on hand(5) never acknowledged me after 5 minutes. I’ve been an Arby’s customer for more than 30 years. This is not the first time that there have been issues at this location. It is sometimes better than others, but seldom great service.
