I came here yesterday on my lunch break and there’s not too many time that you’ll go to a fast food place and experience excellent customer service. I don’t know how much Matt is getting paid but this man needs a raise. His personality is so dope ?.

Stopped by the N Main Arby's this afternoon and was in the drive thru for a good while. Noticed every car waiting to give their order was driving away, I didn't know why until I went to place my order. I was told like the others that there was only 1 person inside working and they couldn't take any orders.Went there last week for supper and doors were locked so I called their number and was told only 2 were working and to use the drive thru.Arby's is losing a lot of business and customers and I am one of those.If I could give no stars that would be more accurate.

The 2 for 7 original roast beef sandwiches are definitely not original. They are the small roast beef sandwiches they used to sell 4 for $5. The person who took my drive thru order was very pleasant. The woman who gave me my food was rude! No smile, or thank you. She didn't even say you're welcome, when I said thank you.

I’m leaving this review for Lahogany! Her customer service was on point. I ordered food in the drive thru the last hour before they closed. She had a small line in front of me and a longer line behind my vehicle. She was the only one running the drive thru and front. She was very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. I appreciate her and the customer service she provided. Y’all got a good employee here!! Give the girl a raise!! (:Oh and my smokehouse brisket and jalapeño poppers were tasty!

Too many times, customers have to leave negative reviews as recourse to bad food or poor service. The Arby's in North High Point, NC is earning high praise today. We waited in the drive thru a long while I think it was a family in a mini van that ordered very item on the menu. When we got home with our food, we tore into it like wolves. LOL! Seriously, our Philli Cheese Steak & Gyro were awesome. That team should be commended!
