I sat in line at this restaurant for 25 minutes just to get a roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a tea. When I got my order, what do you do you reach in the bag and you grab a curly Friday to eat it the curly fry was cold. I mean, COLD cold there was hardly any roast beef on my sandwich. It was flat as a pancake. I didn’t even get a napkin in my bag.

I walked in the restaurant today to the guy making orders and the guy taking food out to customer shouting at each other across the restaurant. I stood at the counter while the guy making orders continuing to yell that they needed to stop taking order because he had 2 screens of orders and he is the only one making orders. There were 2 people waiting in their food at the counter. I stood there for about 3 minutes listening to this and then the lady bagging order came over to the register. I ask her if I should go somewhere else and then the guy making food in the back started yelling again why are you still taking orders. She turned around and told him she would help him and he said I’m the only one making orders. I walked out and went to the other Arby’s across town.

Front desk lady is nice. However my husband and I both have diarrhea and vomit from the food (roast beef sandwitch and gyros), I also feel chills. We had them for dinner yesterday on Aug6 and had the syptoms show up after eating yesterday, we still have the syptoms this morning when I am writing this review.

Ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches for pickup when I got home they literally ice cold as in ice crystals in the meat. Totally unexceptable Heated on microwave Definitely Health dept violation
Do not miss out on the ham & swiss two-for. The bun is fresh. The meat and cheese are warm, and the sandwich is scrumptious! Next time I'm getting a Reuben. Plus, the price is right. Treat yourself.
