I think that Arby's is an above average chain of restaurants! As long as the employees there are well trained and motivated you will get delicious food at reasonable prices! Especially if you go through the online ordering in Arby's very slick new mobile application. There's a lot of great reward deals there and it makes it easy to customize ur order.
Excellent customer service and super friendly. Very clean location. The food tasted great and they gave you a much larger portion than the other locations.

Arby's use to be amazing — the days of 5 for 5 deals. Then they tried to keep that price point going even when they couldn't make it make sense profit wise and the sandwiches suffered. There was an ~8 year period where even a double was an embarrassingly small engagement. In the roast beef community we refer to this as The Dark Years of Roast.
Well I'm happy to report that they are back. As long as you're willing to pay and always order a double, the Arby's sandwich is fantastic. Also, the turnovers are still good.
Honestly Arby's is underrated I got the chicken sandwich with jalapeño bites and it was so good. The cashier lady I had was super nice and since its so underrated there was basically no one inside for dine in. Unpopular opinion but I love Arby's their food is great and no one can prove me wrong. Oh and dont get me started on the curly fries and Arby's sauce. Its so good. People need to get Arby's more often cuz the food is great

Bought a French dip sandwich at drive through. Got home and after 2 bites roast beef tasted slimy. Opened it up and discolored in the middle. Threw $7.25 sandwich in the garbage. Called manager, she said bring it back. No way am I getting in Eastchester traffic at 2:30pm on Friday. Lesson learned. No more food from there.
