Ordered two items and lady started making my food. In the middle of the order she goes and grabs a package delivered by UPS, moves a dirty rag (left by another lady operating the grill), looks for a marker inside of box, moves something to a shelf and proceeds to make/handle my food with those same gloves after touching numerous dirty items.

What I love about them is that they have ground turkey as an option. I only wish they had a way to heat their nachos; not a microwave but maybe an oven. I like my cheese melted.

This was my first time eating here, I usually eat at Chipotle. My god what a difference. The meat options and the rice are totally different from Chipotle. Something I have to get used to. However, Barberitos is GREAT. The food taste FRESH. I can tell the difference between the 2. I tried the Burrito bowl with the spicy chicken, and they were not stingy with their food. Even the silverware is sanitary to me because they are not just sitting in the cup where anyone can touch your silverware. They have individuals where you touch your silverware only and then a new silverware falls down. GREAT customer service. GREAT experience !! Try for your self.

Just okay. Asked for a side of guacamole and got queso instead, turns out that was the best part of the meal lol. Granted the burrito wasn't nasty, just mid. This location wasn't as clean as it could have been, especially the drink station. I wasn't greeted upon entry, in fact one lady looked right at me and kept doing whatever she was doing. The other guy was working on chips I guess and it took him a while to turn around. No line but there was one guy behind me and he ended up leaving. I had a coupon and the cashier (chips guy) seemed a little annoyed by that, but he wasn't rude. He gave good info about their rewards platform. Overall I won't likely return but give it a try and judge for yourself...

I always bring about 15 people in at a time with no notice, they are always insanely nice, always happy to see us and the food is always good and restaurant is always clean. This is one of my favorite lunch spots.

I have always loved Barbaritos in High Point, but the new one on 68 needs a lot more attention paid to the cleanliness of the store. We lost our appetite. The floors the tables and even by the drink machine was filthy and I would say it is probably because there was one only one employee working.
I never feel put out walking in. The staff is friendly and attentive. They never rush me thru the order. They always do a great job putting the food together. I have been several times on my lunch and never had a bad experience.

Sitting here on a Saturday night at 6:30. Not a single person eating or taking out food. Staff is mediocre at best. Guacamole was very dark as if sitting out all day. Owners should take more pride in their restaurant.
