The food here was amazing, and on par with the Indian restaurants I've visited in many countries all over the world. HUGE portions, very tasty, and reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly! If I lived in Greensboro this would be my go-to for Indian every single time.
Quality and Quantity both are going down :(
Apparently they only fill their Take out Biryani boxes with 2/3 rd quantity and will not fill it all the way even after I have mentioned it over the phone while ordering judging from my previous orders . Upon questioning was told that is how they do it for take outs . If you want to get ripped off by paying full price for 2/3 quantity please order from them because I wouldnt . Bawarchi Biryanis in Greensboro is known as the best Indian restaurant in town. The food is outstanding, especially the Hyderabadi chicken dumplings biryani. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the service is excellent. They offer a fantastic buffet on Saturdays that should not be missed. Vegetarian options are plentiful. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was even better; the staff were attentive and personable. Bawarchi delivers both superb cuisine and excellent service. This is the best place for all you can eat boneless Buffalo bites or riblets or shrimp and fries for $12.99 per person. Plenty of handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility.
