This is the second time coming to this location. I specifically ask for turkey sausage and cheese on an ENGLISH MUFFIN. Both times, I ended up with it being on a biscuit. Very disappointing and will not be returning to this location again.

Hadn't been to a Biscuitville by my own in choice in many years and pulled up to try the new Southern Fried Philly steak biscuit... and they were out of the ingredients. I got a plain steak biscuit instead for the first time and it was DELICIOUS... but I still had to wait 15min in a "fast" food line at 10am on a weekday to not be able to get what I wanted. The staff were suuuper friendly though and gave my cat a biscuit too. I've still got $5 left on my gift card, so I'll give it another go.

An older gentleman fell walking inside yesterday. Even though it was extremely busy the manager, who was working hard alongside her staff, ran out and helped customers pick the fella up and check on him. She then walked him inside and helped him grab a booth. She whispered to a staff member to call EMS just to get him checked out and she proceeded to jump back in the midst of a big rush all while continually going to check on the man and making him something to eat. Several people offered to pay for the old timers meal but the manager lady insisted she had him covered. Whoever is in charge of her pay needs to make sure she's treated right and is taken care of financially because in 2025 she's extremely rare and a gem of a manager. And for her young age I'm just very impressed. Gives me hope.

One lady in there was polite and caring. Everyone else was absolutely rude AF. They were nice to each other but not to me. They forgot my grits had to go back for them. The muffin was hard stuck to the paper. Absolutely gross. Bacon was small. Two little pieces of bacon. Also waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru.

Ordered a ham biscuit and it was very thin and breaking apart. On tv ad, they call them "Skinny Biscuits". This is suppose to help reduce your calories, they say. Ham biscuit $4.19 !!! The price didn't go down. If your hungry, I wouldn't waste my money eating there. They just lost my business¡!!!!!!!!!! Watch the ad on my fox 8, local, about the "skinny biscuits".

Service was excellent. The representative taking the order was very knowledgeable, thorough, accommodating, accurate, and professional. I got the hot honey chicken in a waffle with cheddar grits, coffee, and I just HAD to get one of their hand made honeybuns! Everything was hot and fresh. They had all the additional condiments available, centrally located in the dining area-which was neat, tidy, clean, and sanitized. Bathrooms were the same. Parking lot was clean and the staff, well equipped to handle all the business wether in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant. As a rule, pretty much all Buscuitvilles are like this, which is why I would recommend anyone eating here.

Food is good. Service is always slow. Takes 20 minutes just to get food. They never have biscuits either. They have more than enough help. So I don’t get why they are always slow and out of biscuits
