I'm a Biscuitville girl, but this morning I was served food that tbh I'm not even sure what it is. I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and hash brown casserole. The chicken does not appear raw, but it definitely tastes raw. The hash brown casserole looked somewhat burnt, but after tasting it I'm not even sure how to explain it. Seemingly missing the gravy and burnt/extremely dry to where it's crumbly. I've purchased the casserole multiple times at different locations and it has never looked or tasted like this. Very strange. The customer service was good, but the food was a disaster the morning of August 11th. Total waste of money.

Our 1st time at Biscuitville. They are open for breakfast and lunch - and they do it well. The biscuits are made there fresh, and the breakfast meals are the best fast food breakfast I have ever had. It is a great option when on the road and you need something fast.

My order was all messed up! Mothers Day, at that!! Then they just stuck all the wrong order plus my order in the bag. That would've been cool, but we're not eating pork, and there was pork on biscuits, and the egg & cheese biscuits were so dry. Didn't get a hashbrown ordered either.

Ordered the ultimate bacon, egg, and cheese with the egg scrambled, and the biscuit was smashed down so hard it was all crumbled up when I opened it to eat it.

I ordered the bacon platter with extra bacon. I received two strips of bacon. If one strip is normal then I apologize but I believe that biscuitville had me pay for bacon that I did not receive. To me you are robbing your customers.
