They closed for weather - but my reservation wasn't cancelled and there was no social media posting - it was my 40th birthday and we drove over to a dark empty restaurant. I understand safety. I value the protected staff. Some level of automation in this service or by them to also protect patrons would have been a nice touch for a restaurant of this caliber.

My friend and I decided on several small plates and split a wedge salad. Food was wonderful and included the duck, Mac and cheese and octopus. Wine selection has changed quite a bit from my previous visits there and was a bit disappointed in the selection. Overall experience was very good and definitely will consider again

Freya was our wait staff member. She was excellent and attentive, but wasn't hovering over us. We had the crab dip for an appetizer. Very tasty. I had the Korean BBQ and my wife had the special which contained crab, scallops, other seafood and mashed potatoes. We are happy to recommend this restaurant

We were pleasantly surprised that High Point had such an amazing gem for a fine dining experience! We have a new favorite restaurant to look forward to every time we visit. The fresh seafood selections, wines and ambiance were amazing.

My husband and I had dined here about 6 months prior and had a good experience so we decided to be repeat diners. Boy, were we let down. I inquired of the waiter if mocktails were available and he enthusiastically indicated that he would inquire of the bartender. Bartender responded that any of the cocktails on menu could be modified. So, with that I labored thru the cocktail menu to see what I could come up with. My experience has been that a seasoned bartender doesn't leave this to the customer to create but rather makes suggestions. Moving on to dinner we chose calamari as our appetizer. It was so bland. Our entree choice was for tuna only to be told that they had run out. We were surprised as it was only 7pm, not crowded and dinner service had just started at 5. My spouse then ordered the mahi. It was highly overcooked making it dry. I opted for the crab cake. Honestly, I don't know if what I was served was crab. Never saw the inside of a crab cake look like this one and absolutely tasteless. Bright spot our waiter was attentive and atmosphere was pleasant.
