Lady who took the order didn’t know about the spicy chicken (got me a Cajun chicken - there was no pickle or mayo on it). The coleslaw was half filled. I went back to get at least a pickle and mayo on my sandwich and through the conversation with other workers I got my spicy chicken. The lettuce was so wilted I would be ashamed to sell this. I wanted to tell the manager (she actually made my spicy sandwich, putting the wilted lettuce on) - she offered another piece of lettuce....read full review
Although I would recommend the food here because it is good and fulfilling, the staff needs to be better because they constantly hand out orders that aren’t completed. Not just a side but the whole entree… How? Is there a lack of communication? It’s not hard to make sure everything is in the bag before handing it out. Not my favorite location..
order was wrong when we go home charged us for what we wanted and got something else. when paying we asked to add a tea to the order and was told we can't do that. so won't be back
