This was my first bad visit here! The cashier was rude, impatient, & spoke to me like I was a child! She even walked off when I tried to order! When I left, she came back to the front as she smiled & sarcastically told me to have a good day! When I spoke to the manager, she seemed not to care! So, as much as I love their food, I won't be back anytime soon!

Lady who took the order didn’t know about the spicy chicken (got me a Cajun chicken - there was no pickle or mayo on it). The coleslaw was half filled. I went back to get at least a pickle and mayo on my sandwich and through the conversation with other workers I got my spicy chicken. The lettuce was so wilted I would be ashamed to sell this. I wanted to tell the manager (she actually made my spicy sandwich, putting the wilted lettuce on) - she offered another piece of lettuce. This has been the worst food and service quality of any Bojangles I visited.

Okay I got there at 9: 55 pm. They're out of regular chicken and they had no sweet tea the hours of operation say they're open for another hour. If you cannot serve the food that's on the menu an hour before you close then change your hours and stop wasting anyone's time coming up there. Otherwise the food is always great there you just can't go by the hours published.

My order was taken by a young man who appeared falling asleep while taking my order. His voice was barely audible, low energy. Then came the wait. Way too long for a standard 3 piece which was also assembled by the low energy team member. It took him so long to close the box I wanted to help. Then I got home. And the disappointment continued. Instead of cole slaw I received fries, so salty, it burned on my tongue.. Inedible. The 3 piece consisted of 3 small legs, no combination of pieces as normal. And the 3 legs were DRY as can be. I was hungry enough to eat it. At least the dirty rice was ok. I had substandard experiences there before but thought I give them another chance. It will be a long time before I go back to that location if ever.

First off I really like bojangles food. The problem lately has been getting it. This is the second location I have been unable to get service at. Went in and the music was bumping like a night club. Nobody at the counter. I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody ever came out to take my order. One lady was prepping food in the back for the drive through she saw me standing up there. Never said a word. I walked out and went elsewhere. Bojangles has really gone downhill.
