I'm pregnant so I'm craving spicy food. I've been going to Bojangles a lot lately but the workers in there .. especially the women are so hateful. They make you stand there for 5 to 7 minutes before they'll even take your order and then while bagging your food they just have a nasty attitude. I shouldn't have to apologize for asking for ketchup because they'll get mad if I ask. I just feel like I'd they don't like their job... They should go find another. Again, I love the food. But I feel very uncomfortable when going in and ordering. I would go through the drive-thru to avoid all this but usually almost every time I go I'm in my work vehicle and it won't fit in the drive-thru.

I come to this one every once in a while and every time I come around 8-8:30 they never have any chicken. Literally ordered my whole combo with the automated voice, pulled up to pay and staff going to tell me “theres only one piece of chicken left” in the whole store. I said “cool, i’ll take it”. Staff member left and came back and said “actually, theres no more chicken🫥”. What do you meeeaaan?!??! Why yall still open?!?

My Girlfriend pulls up not too long ago around 8 orders her whole combo, goes to pay and they hit her with the same “We aint got no chicken ”😑.

All in all, when they actually have food it be fresh and the order is usually correct. Just find it crazy you don't have chicken an hour and a half before closing considering thats all you sell 🤷🏾‍♂️.

The best staff EVER!! I haven’t stopped at a Bojangles in years because of the experience I’ve encountered.. but, my mind has changed once I walked into this location.. Greeted immediately Friendly, professional and engaging! Went in on Thanksgiving morning at 8:40am for my 2year old grand daughter called me and asked me to bring her some pancakes and bacon.. everyone was closed but Bojangles.. no happy about stoping here but…….
the staff working were unbelievably nice told them I need pancakes for my granddaughter because she wanted pancakes..well no pancakes here another cashier stated but we do have an awesome blueberry biscuit she may really like…. I ended up being sold on purchasing that also! Thank you ALL for making my experience a GREAT ONE! You are a fabulous Team that worked together with a smile and kept the inside and outside customers line moving and satisfied.. You ALL know who you are that worked that morning!! I ordered a 12 piece with 3 sides and of course they forgot the Mac and cheese. Plus the chicken was overly dry. They need better workers.

They food was so so the special start at 5pm they should be prepared an give 😊 hot chicken instead of accommodating customers with left over chicken in enjoy eating there the special is affordable when u on a fix income sometimes the workers nice other times they act like they have attitude they sell many different items before u leave check yur order sometimes food doesn't be fresh but I have experience excellent service at times u will probably love what they cooking as long as u check it before you leave i give them a 9 they getting close to a 10 great location

The food was off the chain. Chicken was hot and fried very crispy. Biscuits were great. Tasted homemade. All my food was in the bag. There was a very loud talking man at the front. i think he was an employee who was getting off work. However, he was very loud, telling all his personal business and distracting the workers who were preparing my food. People dont want to hear about all your personal business out in public. Especially when you are shouting and can be heard a block down the street. Was a turn off. He gave me a headache while I was waiting for my food. ---Also the workers needed to wear hair nets around food.

Walk in short staffed, had to wait 10 mins before my order was taken. Had to wait 20 mins for food to be ready this was at 5:45pm dinner time. No tea in the tea tanks, had to get someone get tea from the back took a few mins. Food was okay, so so. Service not that great, no one really wanted to be there. Tried to do surgery online but wouldn't let me, told to try later.

I just wish this place could serve edible biscuits. Multiple times, sometimes with long gaps in between, this place will serve you sausage biscuits for breakfast, and the entire bottom of the biscuit is hard as a brick.

I'm sorry, but just using basic logic tells me that the person responsible is simply lazy and doesn't give a damn. No one will convince me a human being can PICK UP THE BISCUIT, cut it to prep it for the sausage patty, assemble it and wrap it, WITHOUT FEELING IT'S A BRICK!

Waste of $$$ multiple mornings, 2 (female) managers have handled it aptly, the male manager basically acted like it was out of his hands and really didn't care.

I want to continue having this place as my permanent breakfast location, but with consistency this poor (sadly seems to be a trend in the HP area) I may have to start looking for a new place soon.

I ordered my food online through the app , i go to the Bojangles on Westchester to pick up my food , there were 4 old white ppl in line, then there was me , the white man at the register proceeds to take all of their order and when i walked up he immediately walks away from the register , ok so i stand there for a min , im tired just got off work just want to relax and eat my Bojangles , so after about 5 min of me jus standing there with no acknowledgment, i walked out , went through the drive through and immediately got my food , i was nice about it , i got home and i was missing an iten so i went back , this time the lady in the window swung the window open with attitude , i kindly told her i was missing an item , she rolled her eyes , closed the window and brought my food , I wont be back yo this store no more , i should known better than to think i would get good customer service from this place , they cant even hire a decent order taker , they have a computer to take orders , they are so nasty at this Westchester location UGH
