Paid almost $50 for the fish sandwich that was way over cooked and disgusting, couldnt even eat it and the fries was so salty it was like licking a salt block. On top of that I was the only one inside and no one in the drive though and still took almost 30 minutes to get my order. Then 2 workers in the eating area that was so loud. I guess they thought everyone wanted to hear there conversation. Will definitely not be back...Its called fast food for a reason!

I ordered curbside and arrived at roughly 5:40 and let them know I was here. After about thirty minutes, I went inside. I found three employees, two of which were arguing while preparing an order. Looking around, many people were waiting and they were very behind. I told them I was waiting for curbside and was informed my order would take about twenty more minutes. I had enough time to listen to a full music album and finish my precalculus homework with time to spare in the span of waiting for my food.

Quick and friendly service at this Westchester Drive Bojangles location. We frequent this location often for breakfast and lunch due to their efficiency during these peak hours. Overall clean facility and the food is always fresh. The large family dinners are always a hit with the crew and it is more than enough to feed six men. Tea is always a bonus for the taste buds!

My family ordered online for curbside pick up. After my wife had been waiting in her car 10+ minutes, she decided to go in herlsef. Again she had to wait at the counter as no employee acknowledged her despite standing at the cash register.
Finally an employee decided to approach and she received our order. I wish this was the end of the bad experience, but it was not. When my wife mentioned there should be a beverage she was met with a rude "I'll give you a cup, you can do it yourself." She decided it would be a good idea to check the order, of course this was wrong too.
While my wife filled her own cup another customer approached the same employee because his order was also wrong. The employees response was "one of your friends got it." The walked off from the customer without a resolution.
When my wife spoke with the employee about the missing items, she received a rude/angry response "I already threw away your receipt." Luckily it was an online order and my wife had the receipt, but instead of making it right, the employee walked back to the kitchen to not be seen again.
Finally a second employee appeared and my wife received all the missing items. Before she could leave a third customer entered, waited at the counter just as she had. After 3rd was also not acknowledged she began screaming into the back demanding service.
This location and it's employees are a disgrace to the Bojangles name. Corporate should fire all of them and close this location.

Every time I go to this Bojangles, something is old or made wrong, but I keep trying and being disappointed. I usually drive past it and drive to the one in high point even tho this one is closest to me. Today I tried again, against my better judgement, because i was on my way to an appointment and I was passing this place. I ordered a supremes combo and a separate large fry. They made me pull up and wait for the fries, which was fine to get fresh food. After about 5 minutes, my order came out. I noticed they put my large fry in the supremes box, and the small fry (that came with the combo) in a separate bag. I didn’t think much of it since I could easily switch them out. It wasn’t until I left that I realized they boxed my large fry with the supreme combo because those were OLD FRIES! They put the small fresh fries (that could be easily checked) in the bag on the side. Why would you make me wait, only to still give me old hard fries?? This was the last straw..
Been waiting almost 10 minutes for 3 chicken tenders & fries. The AI drive through is off-putting. Wish they'd spent those dollars hiring better staff.

I tried to order through the drive through and the AI told me it was getting a employee and never did. So I drove up to the window to place my order, then he told me to pull up to wait on my order, but there’s already 2 cars in front of me. I just don’t see the point in telling me to pull up when no one’s behind me and theres no where for me to pull up. But after i got my food it was fresh. But the AI drive thur either needs major improvements or it needs to go, it just causes unneeded confusion
