Absolute waste of time. Had to search for an employee in the other business next door as the note on the counter said. She comes over with a pitcher of ice from there and they were out of bobba and only had 1 type of popping pearls. There was no AC in the building and it was around 90 degrees out. We left and went down to Tea Time!

Then she grabs a pitcher of ice from that store to bring to the bobba place where there is no AC and its 90 degrees outside. So we try to order and turns out they were out of popping pearls except 1 flavor. SO we left and went down to Tea Time!

My teenage daughter and her friend went to Bubble Tea at 11 AM on a Thursday, right as they were opening. I dropped her off and came back to get her 40 minutes later. She came out and said that the woman took their order but literally never came back with their tea. They waited 40 minutes, nobody ever came back into the room. Super disappointed in this place.

Dishonest service. Total was supposed to be 25 plus tax which is NOT $29 which I was charged. Just take your money and go to Kung fu up the street. You don't need to have them open the door and wait to get it. Not to mention how hot it is inside. By the way milk tea is only 3/4 full.

I got the Strawberry "Tea", but when it was made, there was no tea, but water and flavored powder. The drink was not good, and it felt like false advertising

I would have loved to try this place but when I dropped by, it was closed even though I came during "open hours". There was a posted sign which said to go next door for service. But, they were closed too! Poor customer service.

My husband and friends have been coming here for years now. It’s such a great place to stop and get a refreshing sweet boba drink. This is our favorite place to get the honeydew smoothie that is not too sweet and so delicious. I loved the mocha one so tried recently, the milk teas and any flavor you look for is great.
