We ordered Door Dash and they totally messed up our order. We paid for 15 traditional wings and got boneless. We paid for 1 order of mozzarella sticks and got 2, but never got our potato wedges. No marinara with the mozzarella sticks. Overall, pretty blah. So many other great restaurants out there. We will not be back. Such a shame.

Called in a take out order at 11pm for 3 sets of wings and a few sides. Didn’t check my order until my arrival at home where I then discovered that the 10 pc wings weren’t present. I then called the establishment and addressed my grievance with the intentions of simply coming back up to pick up said wings and go about my business, but from here I was placed on hold for 17 minutes and then abruptly hung up on. I proceeded to call back 3 times and was finally answered where I was then presented with a “manager” who claimed to have bagged the wings herself.. as I’m looking at the wingless container .. that she did not bag. I was then told that I could drive the 20 minutes back and pick up 10 wings .. 10 minutes before closing. I will be at BWW promptly at opening hour tomorrow.

I'm sure I've had worse experiences at Buffalo Wild Wings, but it's been a little while. I won't be coming back to this location. It was busy, which is cool, but the food all came out in pieces. My wife's wings came out, and a few minutes later, her salad came out, then like 20 minutes later, my food came out. I guess someone forgot about my food though, so the manager came out and apologized. This was also understandable, but then our server was just avoiding us afterwards. Nothing was comped after this, and they even charged for an extra drink we didn't want. It was just two of us - not a big group. Overall, it was a pretty unpleasant experience.

Pretty dirty place. I was given sticky menus and a crumb infested table. Floors were filthy. There was just me and 2 others in the whole place. They didn't clean very well.

Placed an order online picked it up and as soon as I got home the wings had no sauce on them. I had ordered wings with 3 different sauces and I called when I was on my way to pick them up and was told they were sorry that they were doing the sauces on the side due to it being the day of the Super Bowl, that they had a sign at the door saying that. Yet they should also state that on the website or have the employees el you know at pick up , I’m not reading signs when I’ve placed an order online and am only picking it up.
This was frustrating because I live 20 minutes away from this place and have to take another 20 min trip there and 20min trip back home just to pick up some sauces is ridiculous. Apart from the employees at the pick up area laughing and giggling because I was upset at the fact that this was a frustrating experience, very unprofessional.

Ate there 2/4. Our server, Leron, was one of the worst servers I’ve ever had. Lackluster attitude, didn’t get us refills one time or check on our table besides taking the order, bringing food/drinks, and the check. Obvious he didn’t want to be there. No big deal, people have off nights, right? Left a $5.05 tip on our $24.95 bill despite the service leaving much to be desired.

Today I just noticed that my credit card was charged $75.50. Called the store and the manager sounded annoyed with my call. Didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience, not even an apology. Overcharge is supposed to get refunded in a few days, we’ll see if that happens. Seems like the tip was entered as $50 instead of $5 by Leron. I likely won’t be returning to this location.
