We stopped by after a Disney on Ice show for a quick dinner and our server Danesha was so kind with our children and gave them special attention. All aspects of this place were fantastic but our server really helped make our entire day exceptional!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. The service I review tonight was absolute astounding from walking in and not being greeted for 5-8 mins even though this was our first time here ever and the employees were literally otp staring at and my partner …when she finally came over we were then told this is not where we can place to go orders so we went were she directed up and then was told we couldn’t place an order even thought it was before 12:30 and they didnt close till 2 so we decided to sit at the bar in order to place an order and was told we only had a couple mins to decide. Once we ordered we wanted a drink for our wait and I forgot my ID in the car because one I didn’t expect and inconvenience when I came so I kept saying I was going to grab it so I went to go get it just for my friend to tell me she told her they just stopped serving drinks like ..the nerve smh the bartenders attitude serving skills and customer service was horrible then after we were visibly upset about the occurrence she stated they closed at one ..seems like this was a company problem because online it says 2 am and the fact that you had to add that shows how poor of an attitude and service that was revived ..very disappointed

Order take out 15 piece with carrot and celery and a bottle drink paid basically 30 for some fries and wings didn’t get my celery carrots/ and drink that’s basically 10 dollars for nothing make it make sense

The hostess was rude with a customer as we checked in. The customer who was already there and checked in was wanting to ask the hostess a question and then the hostess told her to wait until she checked us in and she would address her questions. That customer and her family left frustrated. While we are waiting we saw a server wearing a football jersey with Bryant name on the back and a number 1. He handed a customer some sauce while rubbing his nose. This person ended up being our server and he got our drinks pretty quick, but he stood at the bar playing on his phone and was walking around playing on his phone and it took him 15 minutes to come to our table to ask us for our order at that time we decided that we had had enough and we left. It was getting frustrating trying to get someone to pay attention to us. This is the worst Buffalo wild wings I’ve ever been to in my life. We will NEVER go back to this location ever!

Tonight I stopped in for BOGO. I usually sit at the bar when I come alone, but the hostess said it was full. He sat me a a table and after sitting over 10 minutes I got up to leave. Now the server wants to come over. When I said I wasn't leaving he did tell me to have a good night. I guess thats worth a star.

Service was awful. Waited almost an hour for food, when it came out only half of us got our meals which were cold and incorrect. The table next to us got sat way after us, ate and were practically finished before our food even came out. Would not recommend

We got Leron as our sever and he was the WORST, he passed by our table so many times and never asked if we wanted any refills or if we needed anything, the only thing he was good at was flirting with one of the waitresses- chasing her like a dog, if y’all want shit service ask for Leron 😌
