We showed up with a large party of 10 and found out only one guy was working as host and waiter. It was before Sunday afternoon rush, but he was already busy. He got us a table and got our drink orders right away. Super personable guy and working as hard as he could. There was one guy in the kitchen cooking as quickly as he could. The waiter got our food order as soon as he could and he made sure we had enough drinks. Our food came out nice and fresh and perfect!Sadly, I didn't get the waiter's name. Amazing young man and kudos for getting it done! Sad to see they were short staffed like that, but the two of them worked hard to serve their customers. We will be back and I hope to get this same waiter again!

Great concept, they just can't nail it. I kept giving this place a shot, but continuously disappointed. Food is OK, service has been slow and terrible every single time. I have been on different days the week and different times a day, busy & slow... service is the same. Servers disappear for what seems like an eternity, do not check on you take forever to come greet you or take your order. We avoid the place now like the plague. For the price you're much better off going to hops Burger bar, getting great service, and even better food.

Placed my order 20 minutes before I got to the restaurant. I got there to an empty room and told them I had an order. 15 min later I got the food. I ordered 2 burgers and nachos. No box was marked so it was a guess as to what burger was what. The burger meat seemed to be a typical pre-made frozen patty from Sam's club. Burgers really had no flavor. The nachos were buried in old toppings. Nothing really looked fresh nor worth the price. The food may taste great to someone that has been drinking for a few hours, but to the rest of us save your money and go to 5 guys.

My wife and I recently moved here and while our friends from out of town were visiting us about a week ago, we decided to checkout the Small Batch. We’ve been twice now and the first time was VERY good! I don’t think any of us had any complaints about visit number one. However, my wife and I visited again on New Year’s Eve to get some desert. We tried to order the Peanut Butter Brownie Batter and Orange Dreamsicle shakes. Apparently the peanut butter was frozen, so that shake was out. So then we asked for the It’s a Surprise shake and we were told there wasn’t any cotton-candy. So at that point we ordered the Black and White shake, which they said they could make. When our shakes came out, the Orange Dreamsicle (seen in the picture) did not look anything at all like the image on their desert menu. There were no candied oranges, no vanilla wafers, only a few white chocolate chips and I’m not sure what the picture is showing on the outside of the glass, but ours came with Fruity Pebbles. On top of that, the shake had zero orange taste to it.The Black and White shake was supposed to have a chocolate chip cookie, but it came out with two Oreos on top. Did both shakes taste good? Yes, but we did regret our decision to grab desert there that day. With all that being said, the staff handled everything professionally and we could tell they weren’t happy with the quality of the shakes. We didn’t ask to not pay for our shakes, but we were not charged for them. We hope the tip we left either covered the cost of the shakes if that was coming out of someone’s pocket or that they were still able to make a decent tip off of our table that day. I’m sure some people would have lost their minds over it, but I hope we acted just as kind and professional about the situation as the staff members did. We’ll be back. Maybe not for desert, but definitely for the food.

Even if you call in your order it will not be ready anywhere near the time they state. The place is never full but it takes 45 minutes to grill chicken tenders. The same service if you order and eat in. Never again.

Burgers are amazing, shakes are to die for, they have all the guilty pleasures here your mouth can dream of!

This is a fairly interesting place. It's like it is a new place trying to look like an old hole in the wall. So the aesthetic of the interior is not very appealing. But the food is quite good! I got the figgy piggy which is a very interesting take on a burger. I love fig and brie but I've never had fig and goat. The fig and goat cheese went well together but I'm not entirely convinced it's meant to be a burger topping, however this could just be me. In my opinion the fig was too sweet for a savory burger, but I do tend to lean more towards savory items on my burger. For someone who likes a sweet take it would probably be incredibly delicious. That being said I still very much enjoyed it, I would just try something different next time. My husband got the smoked batch and he said it was awesome the pork belly was terrific! The fries were fantastic with that bready crumbly outside. I only wish they had more choices of sauce for the fries. I felt the prices were quite reasonable. We went on a Wednesday and there were only three tables seated, the young lady there had to play the role of server, hostess, and bartender. She did a great job despite being alone! We did not get to try the shakes but they did look a little overrated and over priced. If you're looking to try a new burger joint this is definitely worth a look.

Service was great!!! My five year old got a cheeseburger and ate all of it which is a big deal for him. The chicken wrap is really good. We will deff be back

I hate to give local eateries a bad review....we ordered fried zucchini strips and when placed on table, it was announced that they were out of Parmesan cheese..was that ok..no, but what can we do. No plates on table for appetizers had to ask for silverware.I'm all about relaxed atmosphere, but this was way too relaxed in an almost empty restaurant. We were excited to eat here, because we heard they were affiliated with Timmy's Hot Chicken in Winston Salem, which is excellent!Don't bother. Unexciting menu. So, bummed

Waited at doors over 10 min to be seated while staff seemed to play a game of not it. Once seated gave our drink order waited 20 min and she never came back. The table behind us was seated and had drinks within 10 min of being seated. There was maybe a total of 4 wait staff and 6 tables w guest. Will not be going back or recommending this establishment

I’m giving this place a 5 because of the service mostly! Brandon was absolutely amazing and attentive and kind. Not to mention a good sense of humor. We came for a celebration meal, a great health report and birthday gathering for my 8 year old! And he made this meal even more special! The food was good and the shakes are definitely fancy!Kid-friendliness: Out door options with a game or so! The staff was accommodating to a 4.5 year olds want for a specific kind of waffle, specific butter placement and syrup ??‍♀️!

Walked in at 12:05, seated at the bar at 12:10. Only because 2 people walked in after me. I placed my order for a bacon jalapeno jam and feta burger. I was about to walk out after 20 minutes but at TWENTY -FIVE minutes I finally got my meal. I asked for medium and it was killed 2 times over, crunchy burger meat. The place wasn't busy, however after I was seated other people walked in.BTW those 2 people who came In after me placed their orders after me got their food, ate and were gone just as I got my burger.I won't be back. Kitchen staff?

This Small Batch is NOT the same as the brewpub in Winston-Salem. They usually do not carry Small Batch's fantastic beer selection and I was a bit disappointed with that.. That being said, they do offer up good brewpub fare and a decent selection of beers. The food is fresh, delicious and the service is friendly. Their Mac and cheese is some of the best (as attested by my taste test and my daughter's approval). Even eating on the lighter side, the plain and simple salad had an ample service of protein and the produce was crisp and fresh. Highly recommended if you're looking for good pub food in High Point.

Cannot recommend. I am one of those diners that will eat sub-par food without sending back because I don't like creating a hassle.Started off well enough..I ordered spicy chicken and my wife a BLTAE (BLT with avocado & egg).No. The bun for my sandwich collapsed inward...clearly out of date. But it was my wife's sandwich that was the concern. The avocado was black and the egg off color. Waitress was kind and apologetic. She took it off check but another table made a similar remark about food appearing out of date.I gave 2 stars vs 1 as people can have off days....but black avocado? Borderline green egg?I see that there are some good reviews here--so again..maybe just an off week. But a kitchen can't send that out in the future. All the best.

It was our first time there and we are definitely coming back! The waitress was awesome and the "snacks" & food came out great. Good amount of food, too! They also have a variety of seating that caters to all preferences.
