My Double-Impossible was completely dried out and hard. I know there is a bias against plant-based meat but please have your cooks retrained on how to properly lightly grill and carefully warm the patties. Very disappointing.

I had not been to Burger King in years until late summer. I just got in the mood for a Whopper, and I had one. It was delicious. Since then I've been back two or three times and it's always good. I even got several double cheeseburgers and kept them in the freezer for lunches. I love the flame broiled meat, and the toppings are always fresh. The meat is big enough and thick enough to cover the entire bun, unlike Cookout, and the meat quality is infinitely better than McDonald's. I don't know why they don't have better reviews. Maybe they need to stick with what they do best, but their double cheeseburgers and Whoppers are still on point. On top of that, the workers at this location are always friendly and efficient. Too often you go through a drive-thru and the person kind of grunts at you and tosses the bag your way. At this Burger King they actually greet you and say thank you.

Manager on duty was rude and unpleasant when dealing with customers. When i told him my door dash order was incomplete he made me feel like i was at fault. Totally not helpful and disrespectful. I would not recommend this burger king. Did not resolve my issue.

Worst Burger King in triad prepare to have a 15+ min wait time especially at night.
Don't leave without checking your food. If you do leave they won't fix it or replace it if they mess it up. Wasted time out of my day tk come here receive messed up food and no attempt ag fixing it.
