First of all the app took me to the wrong location. Second this store does not offer decaf coffee and it’s on the menu! They did give a $3 discount for the coffee.

Ordered 2 meals in the drive thru. Was told I'd have to wait 6 minutes for one sandwich. I waited...they brought the bag without the sandwich. I couldn't go back, so I paid for food they didn't give me. I'll try to go elsewhere. This isn't the first time.

Here RN, and had the pleasure of watching REGGIE.. CAREFULLY pack and MAKE SURE a doordash order was correct and confirmed as so by the dasher.. I told him on the spot he was the best and if everyone did it that way, it would be a much better experience all around!!! I ate my meal in!! Thank u Reggie!!!

Let me give you a few tips to make your trip to the royal Palace and meet the king and yes the queen as it turned out. I am a complete sucker for a money saving deal. I'm so cheap I put in and removed my own stitches if it's some where I can reach and if the blood loss is acceptable. So I roll up to the drive thru ready for a 5 dollar meal. Consisting of Bacon cheese burger, fries, 4 mystery meat nuggets, and the tiniest cup of soda that I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. To be fair I have large hands so maybe it's just a perspective sort of thing. At least my grand baby loves to use them for her tea set. Winnie the Pooh doesn't seem to complain. And Tiger is ok with it too. Oh yes meeting the queen. Now at the drive thru I try to be polite and use the manners that were instilled to me as a child. By instilled I mean beaten into me as a child. Yes sir . Yes ma'am please and thank you. Well the voice on the drive thru was causing my brain some confusion as to whether I was speaking with the king or the queen. So to keep this short I'll just say I guessed wrong . I'll just apologize at the window I'm thinking . Wrong. At the window I could tell that Biden reign of poverty was still in effect. This person was clearly forced to do both jobs. He/she was king and queen or queen and king. Either way I was not guessing again . This person apparently caught my slip and was not happy about it. Attitudes inside . My lady was mortified . She still believes in unicorns and rainbows and happy endings. However I'm a realist. And if I'm driving my truck with ford emblems on the grille and tailgate windshield even on the key. Well then it's a ford. But if it's got Chevy on the grille tailgate and key then guess what I might be confused but it's still a freaking ford. No denying that. And when someone looks at it with the wrong emblems and calls it s ford still I don't get offended I just realized the it's time to face the facts . It's a ford and there's nothing I do about it . And by trying to make it a Chevy only makes it an ugly ford. Not a unicorn. Love their fries . Pickle fries were overrated and over priced. And don't expect very many. But I felt like the food was decent. I would say go inside but it's still going to be difficult to tell whether it's a ford or Chevy. Most likely its a dodge.

I realize the risk I'm taking and I expect someone in ownership of this restaurant or one of the employees will read this, and be unable to separate themselves from an objective review. They will assume I am unkind, or racist, or something else foolish. However, that is 100% not the case.
This establishment has gone way downhill since it was built probably not even 10 years ago. I have visited BK from coast to coast and literally around the world, and this is probably the worst one I've ever been in besides one in the Kuwaiti desert that served goat milk milkshakes. Having been here multiple times at various times of the day, the drive-thru never is without a car waiting pulled around the corner. The staff seems uninterested and all-in on "careless". So many of my orders have been wrong since they opened that I have lost count. Today's visit was my last, because I actually went inside to place my order for carryout and the air smelled like sewage inside the restaurant. The floors were visibly dirty, drink machine not working, black mold growing in the roof vent, and the interior looked like a store twice its age. Zero customer engagement from the register employee, and I definitely felt like I did not matter at all to her. While I was there, someone actually realized they hadn't turned the lights on yet in the restaurant, at 2pm! They don't care about my money or me, so I don't care about them anymore. Will never be back.
I’ve always loved Burger King, though I stopped eating there for a while. My daughter recommended this location, so I decided to give it another try. While the food is good, the service is really slow. If you’re on a tight schedule for lunch, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m not sure if they’re short-staffed or just not well-organized, but the wait times are definitely an issue.

I wanted to get breakfast. Google said they open at 6am. But apparently they dont open until 10 am. Drive thru may be open, but I was on foot. And drive thru always has a long wait here, even if there are only 2 cars in line. Did not get to eat breakfast here since closed.

Our drive through order was placed quickly! Our food was hot and very good! We only had 2 napkins for 2 people but everything else was great! We were even given crowns, which I later showed to a friend that works at a Burger King in another location!??? I really enjoyed our visit!

I’ve always loved Burger King, though I stopped eating there for a while. My daughter recommended this location, so I decided to give it another try. While the food is good, the service is really slow. If you’re on a tight schedule for lunch, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m not sure if they’re short-staffed or just not well-organized, but the wait times are definitely an issue.
