I recently had an unfortunate experience at Burger King that left me dissatisfied with the customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my concerns. Additionally, the restaurant was not well-maintained, appearing dirty and unhygienic. I hope they take steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Reggie, the cashier was very friendly and made sure I received my drink while I was waiting for my order. And the staff made my customized order correctly.But there were two negativesFirst. There was a gentleman here when I arrived who had placed his order online before he came into the restaurant. He was still waiting for his food after I had received mine. He told the employees he was waiting for his mobile order. But due to disorganization, he was made to wait, even though the order was sitting in front of us, already completedSecondly, the floors were extremely sticky in th lobby. Perhaps someone mopped up a spilled drink, but without soapy water.
