What a fantastic and delicious deli! I have come here a few times before, but finally decided to write a review. In my past experiences, much like this one, I was met with a delicious sandwich. I have tried a few different items on the menu during my visits, and today I ordered the Reuben, which they prepare very well.
The only criticism I have is that they are quite busy for lunch, so I recommend placing an order online or calling it in. Although it didn't take a super long time, it did take a bit to stand in line and wait, and then order my food. It was fine, and I didn't wait too long, but if you are strapped for time, you might want to consider calling your meal in advance.
That being said, I was served quickly, and $14.50 for a sandwich, drink, and chips is pretty much the going rate these days, especially since they use high-quality Boar’s Head products. I will be back, and I suggest you pay them a visit too!

First and last time to go there. Wanted hard cheese which they had but it expired in January 2025 snd this is July 2025. Didn’t have half the items that was on the website

Being from NY, we are constantly looking for authentic Italian places to grab subs, soups, and Italian dishes. Capra’s did not disappoint! We plan to be regulars while the military has us living here in high point!

Service was great but the item I selected was not worth the amount they charged. I would have been better off going to Public's for the same item for the same price and would have had a better portion.

The absolute best Italian deli sandwiches in the area. Check out their other genuine Italian options in the freezer section as well! The BEST macaroni salad I’ve ever had!!!!!!
This place was SO good! Reminds me of a NY deli or Florida deli selling Italian sandwiches

Such nice people! We tried a sub and a wrap, potato and pasta salad and a slice of cake. It was delicious. It's very clean, the variety and quality of food is top notch. We highly recommend, and will return often. I can't wait to try the take and bake meals, like homemade lasagna, baked ziti, manicotti and chicken parm!

Went to Capra's Italian Deli for the first time yesterday wanted to try it out because I absolutely love Italian food I got the Italian sub and dinner for my parents and also a connoli it was a little bit pricey I will say for 3 sandwiches and a dessert but for Boars Head meat and cheeses being used I can completely understand I definitely be back when I'm back out there on Hwy 68 if you're looking for a good Italian Deli Capra's Italian Deli is the place to go.

Been coming here for years. 1st couple times back since they moved locations across the street to this plaza. Owner and his staff are awesome people and show the best hospitality with solid food
