This location is not good. I gave it 3 solid chances and the drinks never taste the same as any of the other caribou locations. Does this look like a turtle mocha with dark chocolate? Nope. I’ll stick the friendly location.

This is NOT coffee. Glorified liquid sugar with barely any milk to soften the blow. Absolutely no taste of Coffee (granted we ordered an apple caramel and plain caramel high-rise). Nice employee, terrible drinks. Please do not go here if you are an adult with developed taste buds. :(

10 out of 10 I DO NOT recommend the Chai Latte. The gentleman that placed my order was very kind and I gave a tip for that alone. However, I asked for 2 extra shots in my chai latte and what I received tasted more like warm milk. I informed the kind gentleman and he offered to remake it no issues however this time I received it back with a strong reminiscent of chai but definitely not what chai is supposed to taste like. The drink was so horrible I just had to toss it.

I recently tried a cup of coffee from Caribou, and unfortunately, it was one of the most underwhelming experiences I’ve had with coffee in a long time. It had absolutely no flavor—bland, watery, and completely lacking the boldness or richness you’d expect, even from a basic brew. Whether it was a bad batch or just poor preparation, it tasted like someone had waved a coffee bean over hot water and called it a day. For a brand that markets itself as a premium coffeehouse, this was a major letdown. If you're looking for a satisfying, flavorful cup of coffee, this wasn’t it.

They deleted my review so I’m gonna write it again. My father doesn’t know much about coffee and asked the lady was she recommended because he DOESNT like coffee that has any hint of bitterness and mind you he told her that she said if he would want a latte and he said “sure I guess” we went up to the window and tried to make a conversation and saying how he doesn’t like bitter coffee and her attitude seemed like she doesn’t wanna be there and can’t wait till me dad leaves second she gave him the most bitterness coffee you can give someone and the whipped cream the put taste like dawn dish soap. I orders a pumpkin spice coffee and it tasted HORRIBLE they put so much flavor and whatever else they put and tasted straight up chemicals. GO to 7brew had a good experience there.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but needed to share this one. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The cashier was nice and sweet, but the lady who was the lead/manager was very rude to me because they didn’t hear my order - I clearly stated iced coffee. I was very understanding and communicated it was okay, but the lead/manager responded in a very rude manner towards me. It was not a great way to start my Sunday morning.
