My fiancé and I just ran through for a little treat and the coffee was amazing as always here( i like coffee that tastes like coffee and not just sugar milk or bitterness)and the workers were so kind. The cashier wished me a happy birthday (cashier asked us what we were getting into) so that was so kind even though my fiance and I are awkward haha Plus they were all in great spirits and it was so nice and refreshing. They even put a lil chocolate coffee bean on top of our drinks. Worth the drive everytime :)

We stopped there at 6:30 on a Saturday night. You can't ring the sign at the drive-thru so we parked and walked up to the window. We waited outside between 15 and 20 minutes and never saw a soul. We then called the store to find out if anybody was there. They said they were there that everybody was in the back cleaning. Can't have customer service with no customers. They didn't ask us if he wanted to come and place or order anything so we just got in our car and left.

This review was after my third trip to the location. I placed my order through the app and drove to the location to pick it up. I will say the parking lot/drive thru access is a bit cumbersome as I felt like I was going in circles....because I was. Travel tip - Turn in BEFORE the Caribou into the parking lot there a George's Pizza and Miso Ice Cream and drive over to the drive thru. Less circling that way! When I arrived, I simply said my name and was told to pull around. All 3 times the service was with a smile and a thank you. The drink was hot and tasty. I also ordered a breakfast sausage, cheese and egg sandwich on my second visit and it was equally tasty. Felt like a breakfast sandwich you would get at a good diner, did no feel rubbery or microwaved.

Never coming here again. My father doesn’t know much about coffee so he asked the lady to recommend a coffee that isn’t bitter and she gave him the most bitterest coffee in the menu, he was angry and the whip cream taste like dish soap.My coffee had wayy to much stuff put on it and it tasted like straight up chemicals. Worst place hide this place from your children😂 rather go to 7brew best experience there.

It’s one cup of coffee. How difficult is it you can’t get it right. I have a bad experience EVERY time with you. Get trained get better staff or maybe just SHUT UP and listen to the customers instead of showing off your own clueless stupidity. You need to get your act together or close but this lack of quality and poor service is UNACCEPTABLE!! Iced coffee. And even that you can’t get right. Be ashamed of yourselves. It’s so bitter no milk. No flavor. How do you expect anyone to drink it. And you charge me for THIS. Yeah uh NO. Not done!! Like I said, get your act together or shut down but the farce you sell caribou needs to end.
