Just good food! They have several varieties of chicken salad and I especially like that they allow you to sample one or two or I guess maybe all the different varieties to see which one you like best

The food is great but the radio is SO loud that it's hard to have a conversation with the ones you're setting with.

They have cut out the SmallChick for non kids. Used to be an economic place for a senior to go not anymore.

Ordered a egg salad sandwich, got our drinks and sat down. About ten minutes later an employee advised us that someone forgot to mention they were out of the product which I understand however, they offered no resolution other than refund money therefore my wife are while I sat there looking at the ceiling. Employees need to be trained on how to take care of customers when issues like this arise. It will be a long while before I visit this store again.

Tastes healthy.

Had a horrible experience at this location in High Point by the manager we were a party of three and as we realize the table was dirty we decide to move to another table not saying anything to anyone as we were doing that the manager saw us because she had our food so she said very loud girls are y'all making trouble and we said excuse me there's no trouble being made here we're just moving to a table that is clean then she proceeded to say girls I just told my staff to clean the tables because it was three dirty tables she saw the dirty tables and then she said I'm gonna to knock my staff eyes out. We were so disgusted by her being so unprofessional!!
Then a few white women was leaving the store then She said ladies have a great day !!! while she was cleaning our table and continuing to call us girls there was no girls in our party .We all range from 60,50 and 40 years of age.Do better it's not like your chicken Salad taste any better than the grocery store, deli, chicken salad, and how hard is it to keep tables clean because the store was not busy.She was very rude Racist and disrespectful and I would never return there again.

Love the Chicken Salad Chick. Easy to run in and pick your favorites, add a piece of cake,pay, and out the door. Great selection of chicken salad!

Staff is rude and slow.
