Food was mid.. my son and his friends decided to come to this place ..my waitress was very nice and informative .before I sat down to order I asked if they had tap pay to assure my meal was paid for they told me they did ..the tap pay didn’t work correctly had an encounter with management her name was Monica very rude her staff assured me a different way to pay she came over to only say I lied about what they said the meal was paid for just a weird interaction…Monica needs additional training or put her over kitchen staff so she doesn’t deal will customers

Since COVID, this is the best Chili’s in probably a 100 mile radius. It’s generally consistent, the staff is nice and the food is cooked up to standard. Today, however, was an off day, a very off day. We went because I had a free dessert for my birthday. I’d also received an email yesterday saying skillet queso was back, and my husband loves his skillet queso. We sat at the bar and the bartender let us know he’d help us as soon as he could. The restaurant was packed and he was the only bartender, and he was busting out drinks. He grabbed our drink order and we tried to order skillet queso, but they didn’t have any. We got the southwest queso, which was excellent! Very similar to the skillet queso but with spicy peppers instead of meat. We were very pleased with it. Our entrees came out. My husband got the chicken and steak fajitas. The meat was not so hot it sizzled like we’re used to, but it wasn’t room temp, so no big deal. His tortillas had been placed on top of his cheese so his cheese had melted onto his plate, and his rice was cold. I got chicken crispers with two dipping sauces, fries and mac and cheese. My fries were cold. The noodles in my mac and cheese were not cooked all the way. My tenders were hot, but the expo had spilled most of my buffalo ranch onto my basket and didn’t bother to offer me a fresh one (we saw her rebalancing the basket from behind the doors into the kitchen). There was no way I was going to ask the bartender to get me more as he was too busy. I would recommend the bartender, Jonathan, any day of the week. But the expo (who I think was the manager based on her attire) and the rest of the kitchen staff need to put in more effort. We likely won’t be dining here again in the near future.

My fave is The Big QP with side of asparagus. QP is a great oversize burger, choice of cheese. Bacon is extra, not worth the added price because the Big QP is so-o-o good without bacon.

Wife and I visit this Chili's location several times a month. She loves their Southwestern egg rolls. All the food is really good and the service is always spot on. Highly recommend for burgers, chicken, pasta and salads.

Sujan is a great waiter. He’s friendly, quick, and always makes us feel welcome. Even when I have no idea what I want, he’s patient and helps make the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best! Going to see him again!!

They seem to have a hard time getting my order correct. No well done, to no extra mayo, to no lettuce for my nachos. I use to go a good amount of times, but they got rid of the bean sauce for the nachos and now use queso sauce. Too much cheese. Made a change that wasn't liked. I will be going somewhere else.

Good food but not remarkable. My boneless wings were overdone but I ate them. Server was working the bar and tables but we never lacked for anything - he did a great job!
Hosts were kind. Servicing was not servicing. Our server Brianna took long to get to our table. Wrong food was almost given. Our drinks took forever. Ive seen better waitressing.
