Sat for ten minutes with my one other person. Picked our drink orders and food orders in the ten minutes it took our server to come greet us. He took our drink orders and left. We are watching about 7-8 sitting at the bar doing nothing having a good time not serving us. If yall are gonna sit on your ass, do it in the back where your unserved patrons wont see

One of the worst service experiences, super slow and forgetting what we ordered, and it wasn’t busy at all. I had to ask for napkins and forks when I had my food already.

Freaking Pathetic placed an order thirty minutes prior to my arrival, and it is not hard to make a freaking 6 ounce rare steak. How do you mess that up? It's not like it's a 20-ounce sirloin and the audacity to give me a pick-up time to show up at that pick-up time to run to the back to start the order.
Then, to put the icing on the cake, it was a complete mockery like a kitchen full of children and no supervision!!

First it was very cold and I really couldn't enjoy my meal shivering. The place was kind of quiet, but we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. The service was slow, and we had to ask for everything. Napkins, straws, and refills for our drinks. Between shivering from being cold, the service made it worse.

our waitress was fine. table was NOT big enough for 5 people despite having 6 chairs. food sucked lol. i didn't have a very high bar for chilis and it got demolished

We love chili's, eat takeout here alot. Last order the grilled chicken sandwich i get was not on menu, got 1of the new ones. Terrible! It was cold, cheese was congelled, bun was twice size of breast & only a few fries. The worst ever! Very disappointed.

I took my kids here for the first time tonight. I haven’t been in years, and certainly won’t be back. I ordered a steak medium well for my 4 yr old son. when it arrived, it was rare. Like not even almost medium. I sent it back and it came out literally burnt. It was crispy and black on one side, I assume they didn’t flip it when they cooked it up to the proper temperature. I wouldn’t eat it, let alone give it to my 4 yr old. For myself, I ordered the margarita chicken. There was no seasoning on it whatsoever. It looked like it was boiled or sitting in water all day instead of grilled. I got broccoli instead of rice, which I’m not sure if it was raw or just barely cooked. Our server didn’t check back with us after bringing the burnt steak. Another server came by and asked about the steak while at our table. She was super nice and took it away. We ordered a cookie skillet which was fine, and also a mini lava cake, which I was charged 6.99 instead of the 3.99 price on the kids menu. The worst part of my experience was after the MANAGER came to our table apologizing about the steak. He went to the server’s computer which was visible from our table. I was getting up to take my two kids to the restroom and he says “SHE HASNT EVEN PAID YET!” To which I responded, “I’m taking my kids to the bathroom.” He did apologize afterwards, but you know what they say about making assumptions…I would never walk out on a tab. I have worked in the service industry literally my entire life and still bartend at a restaurant in high point on weekends. The food, service, and treatment by the manager were less than acceptable. As I stated, I had not been here in years, and I can see exactly why.

Dinned in with 3 customers total on 12-15-2024. Our server Tia was no where to be found most of the dinner and did not clear any dishes from the table through the entire dinner. The store ran out of almost every drink including the one I was drinking. Never received my dessert. And I never received a water in place of the sprite they ran out of. Ordered the steak queso and it tasted more like a can of chili without beans. Quite disappointed with this particular location.

Hate to pull the racial card but if you white id hit another place to eat. Couldn't get no service, kids drinks ran empty, missing dipping sauces, ask 3 different times for refills and sauce, nothing. But the 3 different tables behind use with melanin folks, they was getting takin care of. Food was great, service was horrible.

The food is normally really good! Unfortunately, the service normally is very slow and we’ve had several issues with not getting what we ordered. I do enjoy going there and getting the food, but I just make sure I have plenty of time and patience while I’m there.

Kid-friendliness: It’s not necessarily a restaurant that caters to children, but they do have a lot on the menu that I think most kids would enjoy
