We have NEVER had a bad experience here till yesterday. We had four adults and a toddler in a high chair. The fourth adult was about 5 minutes away. The hostess refused to put us at a larger table where the baby wouldn't just spend the whole meal knocking things onto the floor. There were only 3 other tables in the whole restaurant, so plenty of room to move tables around. We tried putting two tables together first and the hostess told us to go to the big round table but before we could sit down, we were told that was reserved for 7 or more people. In that time, the hostess had separated those tables again so we just left. I don't know it's it's a one-off or if this is the new normal but it was a very bad experience.

Very angry at this restaurant. I was in the restaurant eating a few nights ago and a lady (looked like caretaker) came in with 5 men that looked disabled. The lady sat them at the round table and then completely ignored them. Two more tables came in after and were immediately greeted and she got their drinks THEN she went to the round table and took their drink order. She returned with only 3 of their drinks and THEN went to the other 2 tables and took those orders. The lady with the gentleman then got up and they all left. The staff and management of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves! I will never come back!

We had 5 of us for dinner and not many people were there. The food was good but there were nats and flies all around. I am not so sure I would return to this resturant.

Go ahead and forget about all the other Chinese restaurants in town. This is the only one that does it right. Definitely coming back!

Due to health reasons, we have to order delivery services. Today was my birthday and I wanted to get Chinese. We ordered Hot and Sour soup (received egg drop soup), beef and broccoli (received fried breaded clumps in a brown sweet sauce with no broccoli), shrimp with pea pods (received the same brown clumps with sweet sauce and no pea pods). We did get our egg rolls as ordered. We spent $54+ for a meal we didn’t order and were completely dissatisfied.

The General Tso's combo is very good.
Kind staff, fast service and the price is right,
I really enjoyed the dumplings the Cashew chicken, and the mixed vegetables, the portion sizes allowed for a few meals.
I'll definitely go here again Yum 😋 .
SO 3OF MY CHILDREN AND I WENT HERE TODAY AND I MUST SAY ALL THE SUAHES WE HAD WERE IMMACULATE THE CHICKEN WINGS AND SCALLOPS WERE DEF 10/10 I WILL ORDER AGAIN THE AHRIMP AND LOBSTER SAUCE SO FRESH AND GOOD TO THE LAST DROP THE SHRIMP EGG FOO YOUNG WAS AMAZING AS WELL MY SON HAD GENERAL TSO CHICKEN AND MY DAUGHTER HAD SHRIMP LO MEI. AND LET ME TELL YOU THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS SO YES I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK WITH MY HUSBAND BECAUSE HE NEEDS TO TASTE THE GREATNESS WE DID
The food is delicious, and they have great customer service 😋 and great cooks.
Mediocre food. Protein portions for the Happy Family was scarce served in some runny soupy liquid instead of the thick brown tasty sauce?? The Noodle soup was just ok, lacked flavor. Spent over 50 bucks for 2 to eat. From what I see now in the comments, a lot people have the same complaints and are saying this place use to serve good quality food and has gone down. I seen a few also point out 30% price difference with online website versus ordering at the restaurant. There will not be a 2nd visit for me. Regret being in a hurry and not reading the recent reviews before I ordered. Will continue to drive the 20 minutes to Phoenix Asian for delicous food .....Just So hard to find good Chinese food....sigh....
