Great food...long ribs are becoming rare at restaurants, but they still have them, and have them GOOD!

The General Tso's combo is very good.

Kind staff, fast service and the price is right,
I really enjoyed the dumplings the Cashew chicken, and the mixed vegetables, the portion sizes allowed for a few meals.
I'll definitely go here again Yum 😋 .

SO 3OF MY CHILDREN AND I WENT HERE TODAY AND I MUST SAY ALL THE SUAHES WE HAD WERE IMMACULATE THE CHICKEN WINGS AND SCALLOPS WERE DEF 10/10 I WILL ORDER AGAIN THE AHRIMP AND LOBSTER SAUCE SO FRESH AND GOOD TO THE LAST DROP THE SHRIMP EGG FOO YOUNG WAS AMAZING AS WELL MY SON HAD GENERAL TSO CHICKEN AND MY DAUGHTER HAD SHRIMP LO MEI. AND LET ME TELL YOU THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS SO YES I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK WITH MY HUSBAND BECAUSE HE NEEDS TO TASTE THE GREATNESS WE DID

Mediocre food. Protein portions for the Happy Family was scarce served in some runny soupy liquid instead of the thick brown tasty sauce?? The Noodle soup was just ok, lacked flavor. Spent over 50 bucks for 2 to eat. From what I see now in the comments, a lot people have the same complaints and are saying this place use to serve good quality food and has gone down. I seen a few also point out 30% price difference with online website versus ordering at the restaurant. There will not be a 2nd visit for me. Regret being in a hurry and not reading the recent reviews before I ordered. Will continue to drive the 20 minutes to Phoenix Asian for delicous food .....Just So hard to find good Chinese food....sigh....

First time at China Capital and we were so impressed! Won Ton Soup had a wonderful broth. General Tso's Chicken was crisp on the outside and meaty on the inside. Pork Lo Mein was deliciously flavorful, just the way it should be. Low prices. Great service. We will be back, for sure!

Very courteous and personal service

DON’T order through the website!! When you do it basically obligates you to choose fried rice as your 1st side option and the steamed rice for your 2nd side if you don’t want to pay extra on the combo plates. When you pick up the order, they tell you the order only comes through as steamed rice. How convenient for them since that’s cheaper! They wouldn’t give me a partial refund and we were already home when we noticed. Also, they said we could go through the website for the refund and that was a lie too.

The food is delicious. The management staff are very nice..... That's about all that's nice that can be said of the place. Whoever the hostess is upfront, really honestly needs a job change... (And to think she was training new staff to be the same way), if you're going to talk bad about customers that just left or that just hung up, I know for certain things will be said about others that just wanted a decent meal, were told a certain wait time, had it doubled, given the wrong food, and were asked to bring the whole meal back with the ticket. My mistake for not checking the ENTIRE bag to make sure all the meals were correct.

This is the best Chinese restaurant we've been to. The food is excellent, the service is the best and the waitress is wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend it

This restaurant has drastically changed for the worse.

Recently, I ordered Mushu chicken for takeout. The dish was subpar - barely any chicken (just a few pinky-tip sized pieces) and stale rice wraps that fell apart, causing most of the meal to end up on my lap, on the carpet or in the trash.
When I politely called to report the issue, I was met with a kindhearted cashier, and reported the issue. And while I regretted to complain my dinner was all over my lap and floor. So, after much coaxing, my family insisted I return the dish, and so I called back and explained to the cashier I’d return the rest of the meal. Upon returning to the restaurant to exchange the meal (as I didn't want to burden them by asking for a refund), I was confronted by a manager who was both rude, lacking understanding and confrontational. She repeatedly insisted I complained about the food being spicy (which I never mentioned) and accusing me of trying to exchange a meal I had eaten. Which I had not… Perhaps I should have invited her to come to my house and shampoo the carpet where her once prepared meal now laid upon due to her stale cracked wraps and sloppy chicken-less Mushu dish laid.

The manager's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. She seemed more interested in enforcing arbitrary rules than addressing a legitimate customer concern. This interaction made it clear that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority.

This restaurant is a shadow of its former self. The authentic, carefully prepared dishes and attentive service that characterized this place 7 or even 4 years ago are long gone. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment and won't be returning. It's truly disappointing to see such a dramatic decline in a once-great local restaurant.

This place has changed since we ate there last..The food is tasteless for Chinese food..I ordered shrimp chow main and a tea..it was 15.00 and watery sauce ..plain rice and shrimp and veggies ..no flavor..my friend couldn't eat hers either it was all peanuts broccoli and no chicken..We used to love the food there..I loaded Chinese hot sauce on mine to give it some flavor ..We paid but didn't take it home..Go to Chu's it's better..wasted our money.. disappointed!! Do not recommend this place anymore..
