I don’t know if he’s a manager or not but he had dreads. I came in around 10:30pm 12/06/2025 to pick up a DoorDash order. He was so mean and rude to me. He didn’t greet me. He had an attitude toward me for no reason but he was nice to the other customer. I didn’t do anything to deserve that. I hope he gets fired and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I will be contacting corporate because his behavior was evil and sick. I wish you could’ve seen how he was towards me. He treated me like crap.

Sitting here in lobby with time to write this review while I wait for chicken. Was told 20-30 min wait. On a Sunday at 4pm. This is not the first time and if I wasn’t getting orders for others, I’d definitely leave. If you get chicken at chipotle, don’t visit the high point location.

This used to be our favorite location and what I don’t like is being generalized with a TikTok hack that I didn’t even order. I ordered tacos and just want the cheese to be put on the tacos for a child who is picky eater and this girl wouldn’t allow them to make it that way. When it still had to be folded in the bowl to go anyway. Talking about her GM said they could put the tacos in a bowl, when I just got tacos Friday night the same way, they were put in the take bowl and I didn’t ask. Stupid, mind you I eat here 4 to 5 times a week because he loves it. I’ll rather spend with a location that is not generalizing adults with the TikTok bill crap.

I've had issues twice at this location. The first time they didn't give me the guacamole I paid for, they gave me salsa Verde instead, which is not okay considering the gauc is 3 dollars now. The second time I got it delivered and the burrito was half the size that the chipotle burritos usually are- not kidding, it was like a children size burrito. I have been to many locations, but both times I have been to this Chipotle location, I have been given either the wrong items or just very tiny portions. I would also like to mention that the food here tasted more bland compared to other locations. They also didn't give me silverware or napkins either time, and the first time I got a bowl. I don't recommend going to this Chipotle, any of the other locations are probably better. Since chipotle is more expensive now too, don't waste your money here. The first time was a few months ago, versus today, so it doesn't look like there has been much improvement. Save your money.
I just have to say Katlyn is absolutely AMAZING! Her customer service is beyond awesome. She’s so sweet, kind, and always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that positive energy makes every visit so much better. I honestly love her! Chipotle is lucky to have someone like Katlyn — she truly deserves a raise for the way she treats every customer with care and a smile. 💖
