This is honestly the worst chipotle location ever. They never have enough food, the rice is always hard. They extended their hours without enough food to compensate. The taste is bland. I don’t write reviews much but the service/food has been trash since i moved here (2 years ago).

This location is out of steak, more times than a few. I just left this afternoon and they were out of steak again. I was also told they are not preparing anymore. It’s 3pm. I stated ordering my bowl and getting it prepared before I was even told they were out of steak. Why should I have to do an inventory check before I place my order. The young lady was also rude about the situation as if I did something wrong. Poor representation of this brand.

My husband placed an online order for pickup yesterday. He had some rewards and used them to pay towards some chips and queso. Once I got there to pickup the order nothing was said to me they all watched me get my order and I checked to make sure everything was in there and I was missing my queso I told the young lady that I was missing my queso and she said I had to pay for it and I told her my husband used his rewards to pay towards the queso and I showed her my receipt. A young fella told me “we’re going to give it to you but next time you have to pay for it” I replied “what do you mean? I did pay for it with my reward point” if the app let me use my points to pay, why is he making a big deal about giving me my queso? I believe these kids were not trained right. Please, enlighten them about the reward system. He made me feel like I was stealing queso. Fella I order online and paid. I had my receipt and never did he care to check it. All he did was waist my time, his time, and the other customers time.

Okay so everytime I go to this place they always seem to run out of one or more ingredients. At one point they had run out of chicken lettuce guac beef and more so at that point you just left hungry. I don’t recommend going to this place after work since 8 times outta ten they’ve completely run out of certain foods.

I walk in to the restaurant around 9:15pm, the whole dinning room was dirty, there was not a single table clean and there was trash on the floor as well. The front line was out of chicken and other stuff which they didn’t bother to make or seem to care. The front line was dirty as well and the manager running grill at the time was wearing sweat pants. After getting my order the drink station was discussing and didn’t have no silverware or napkins . The staff wasn’t friendly at all. Someone needs to do a better job on running this place.

Not sure if this place is under new management or something, but the last 3 times I’ve gone to this location, they’ve run out of something. First time, it was rice. Second time, it was rice and chicken. Third time, it was rice, chicken and steak. It would make sense closer to the end of the night, but I always go between 6-8. They have hours left before closing, yet no one seems to care when items run low and run out. At this point, I’m convinced they don’t bother, in hopes that everyone just leaves them alone. They win.

The gentleman that created my bowl did it with excellence. Whoever was on the grill made the chicken to perfection. The lady who checked me out was so sweet. It was definitely a great trip!
