90% Chewy, hard, weirdly soft, un edible.
To be fair Chipotle is my absolute fav. But this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks it’s been this bad.

My boyfriend decided to order from here through DoorDash because our car is being repaired, we just got home from vacation so no food in the house. Waited 2 hours, the food finally came but they completely messed up the order. Called the place but they were closed prematurely and couldn’t fix his order, and they did not offer any remediation whatsoever so he had to demand a refund. 0/1000 experience now we’re starving and nothing is open in this weather.

Normally love Chipotle. I went to Chipotle yesterday and got a brisket bowl. Went home and thought I saw a hair in it. Went to grab it and I wasn't able to. So I assumed it was just stringy cheese. Nope. Had some for my dinner tonight went to get the first bite and there was the hair.
What I do is I put food onto a plate and eat it like nachos. So the hair wasn't mine. And it wasn't the same color as mine. There went my almost $20

horrible stuff working inside the kitchen and theres guy he have a really bad attitude and he charged me over price more than the other stores. I never ever get back to this store , food retuned , just be nice to the customers

I eat here pretty often. Sometimes I will order through their app and sometimes I will go through the line in the restaurant. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will literally give you half the portion as you would get ordering in person. This is not a one off experience. It happens consistently. Much better portion and bang for your buck if you just wait the extra 5 minutes to go through the line.

The food is always good here. I got the bowl instead of burrito, the g put the tortilla on the bottom and load everything on top. So big you can get two or 3 more meals.
Food is excellent here. Staff very nice and polite and they work fast.

Just had a brisket burrito bowl . This was absolutely disgusting. The rice was mushy, veggies were not cooked all the way . Had to get pintos because management did not realize black beans were bad [ yes I am chef but don't go in there telling people even though I was dressed lol ] pico was good and corn salsa but the queso was milly and make the bowl taste like very bad . This is not the chipotle I love and the freshness your suppose to get . I don't get it
