No, sir and no ma'am! Let's start with service...the location was not busy at all. Only me and 1 man behind me, but they were unfriendly, rushed, and only offered a drink to go with my bowl. I paid over $17 for the bowl and drink, and then had to pay an additional $2.14 to get chips. Had anyone taken time to slow down and listen, they would have known I wanted chips with the order. The food spilled out into my bag and the seat of my car. The chips were stale. ...

The food was great. The service was mediocre. I hold Chipotle up to a higher standard, and they did not meet those standards. The workers were not so friendly and they weren't welcoming. Everybody has an off day, so I'll chuck it up to that, but I'm giving 3 stars because of the service. Maybe next time, it will be better.

I eat here pretty often. Sometimes I will order through their app and sometimes I will go through the line in the restaurant. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will literally give you half the portion as you would get ordering in person. This is not a one off experience. It happens consistently. Much better portion and bang for your buck if you just wait the extra 5 minutes to go through the line.
