I usually come to this Chipotle, and I don't have much to say about it, but I'm completely disturbed by how the managers treat their staff and crew members. I went in around lunchtime on Thursday, and I think it's unprofessional to yell in front of customers, especially when it's not done in a constructive manner. Honestly, it made me lose my appetite how inconsiderate people can be.

usually enjoy visiting this Chipotle location, but I had a very disappointing experience today with one of your employees, Nadia. Her customer service and attitude were unacceptable. My sons came in and purchased two bowls, but there was no sour cream available. Since sour cream is an important part of our order, I requested a refund. Nadia’s response was, “It’s not our problem,” and she spoke with a nasty attitude. Thankfully, the manager handled the situation respectfully and processed our refund.
However, as we were leaving, Nadia laughed behind our backs and appeared to be enjoying herself at our expense. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and damaging to your business’s reputation. I will be reaching out to the owner and corporate because customers should never be treated this way.

This location cares. I want to thank all the staff that trek on even though my boss is so hard to please with his orders. I'm the pick up person and face of the order, but his complaints embarrass me sometimes. I just want to say the service and food are great and the team always serves me with a smile . They remember me and make me feel special. Thank you for taking the any past complaints seriously and literally if you have an issue with anything they will bend over backwards to fix it and make it disappear (not saying there was an issue- just a picky boss ;) ) Never had an issue with food quality, readiness or service- 5 stars! Thank you all for your hard work!

Placed a pickup order at around 2:50pm to be picked up by my husband at 10:30pm. When the food was picked up, my husband complained to staff that the food was cold. The staff replied that they had prepared the order over an hour ago and there was nothing they could do. I believe they prepared the food at 3pm, when the order came in. Lettuce was wilted and brown. Guac was brown. Disgusting food. There is NO WAY this food was only an hour old.

Good food and service. Atmosphere was standard for a Chipotle, but was a little messy. Tables needed a wipe down, but the drink machine was relatively clean.
The manager and the workers are great but the Gm is full of crap knowing the point thing has been down for about 2 years and you reach out to him he say he going to call back (never do) so this will not be my weekly store anymore
