They can never get an online order right. Every time me or my coworkers order we are missing a topping or very little portion. It's an inconvenience when you have very little time to run there and back on lunch break. And if you put in a complaint online all they offered was a free drink! I didn't want a drink, I wanted my money back or at least a credit. Please do better.

I had a guacamole bowl but it did not taste well and k couldn’t get in contact with anyone. They were friendly at the drive thru but when I got home to eat🤮

I ordered online from the parking lot, since you can’t get the quesadillas when walking in I was told at this location. I got a steak burrito and a chicken bowl. The burrito was a mess in the wrapper, couldn’t even be picked up and eaten. The bowl was just mush it had no meat or beans or rice it was disgusting. Nothing was even eatable. A waste of $60

1. They didn't open on time. 2. Portions are always too small for the price paid 3. A man named Chap came to the door and said they're not ready and he doesn't care if it's past time to open. He was very rude and smart in the mouth. I will not be returning and i will be calling corporate.

Have to give a low rating because they don’t like to serve you past 10pm they are supposed to stay open until 11 but all the chairs get put up at 10 and they won’t make any more food. You’re just left with whatever they have left and have nowhere to sit. Also Jesus help me the music is so loud in here at night and I’m young but you can’t even hear in here 🙄
Edit: came back a month later. As you can see all the chairs are up at 9:30 when they close at 11. They don’t want you sitting and eating inside and the black guy (manager) has the worst attitude problem. Chipotle corporate doesn’t care apparently and I won’t be coming back anytime soon
Stale ass chips, food wasn't even hot and tasted somewhat bland, not packed with flavor. Ate everything with a frown on my face because I've had waayyy better Chipotle and didn't want to waste my money. Service wasn't anything to rave over, but the friendly cook was actually the person who made sure I got my pickup order. Disappointed at this location.

Went there at about 7:20 waited about 10 minutes for my order , to be told there is no white rice (was looking for a sign or something to say what was out of stock) the young man said “can i get you a bowl or anything ?” I said no white rice ? he said nope okay why weren’t we told that ? steak had 2 minutes everything on the line looked empty .. to the middle part or the bowl there was barely corn no lettuce everything missing! The lady preparing my bowl was rude , she was very snippy & seemed like she didn’t want to work , barely got a smile then when i was going to check out she slammed a pen into the cup holder ! and walked of very sassy like ! If you don’t want to work don’t come ! she also slid my corn & it fell to the floor she had to remake another one & was rushing it seems ‘. very unprofessional & no communication to the customers ! poor performance!

I recently visited my local Chipotle, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected.
First, the service was quite disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. I stood in line for quite a while, and when it was finally my turn, the employee seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to ask me about my preferences.
As for the food, it didn’t live up to the usual Chipotle standard. My bowl was poorly assembled, with half of the ingredients missing. I ordered pico on the bowl, hot sauce and sour cream on the side too but the bowl was missing pico, no sour cream and hot on the side . The flavors were off, and it felt more like a chore to eat than a satisfying meal.
When I returned to address the issues with my bowl, I was met with a rude manager. Instead of offering assistance, they were dismissive and seemed annoyed that I brought up the problems. It felt like my concerns were being brushed aside rather than taken seriously. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and attention to quality. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll return.
Overall, this visit left me feeling frustrated. I’ve always loved Chipotle for its fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors, but this time, it just didn’t deliver. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.
