Thus is the best chicken and brisket I have to admit I don't like the sauce but it has smoke flavor so you don't need it..My daughter said ribs where great.Dont eat pork but they look great.

Never got to try the food. We ordered online for a curbside pickup. We marked ourselves "arrived". We waited about 20 minutes for our food. My husband went inside the establishment to get an update on our meal. He was told that it was currently being worked on and will be brought out to our vehicle. Another 20 minutes goes by and still, no food. This entire time, we watched multiple vehicles get their food thru the drive thru. I called inside and to ask again about an update on our food. We were told that it hadn't been started yet, and that they were short staffed and nobody was working that line. So we have been told two different stories now. The women on the phone told us another 10 minutes before it was ready. At that point I requested a refund. I told the women on the phone that a 40 minute wait for fast food was ridiculous. The lady told me to hold and set the phone down. About 3 minutes later she hung up the phone. I immediately called back. (We had left at this point) the same lady answered the phone and I told her I wanted to speak with the manager. Brandon picked up the phone and I explained to him that a 40 minute wait time for chicken tenders and a brisket sandwich (that is already cooked) is ridiculous. Brandon tried to explain that our meal wasn't suppose to be ready until a specific time. I corrected him by saying that was not the case as we marked ourselves arrived and asked twice for an update on our food. I again requested a refund for our food. He gave us the refund. Its too bad. We had never tried this place before. We really like a good smokehouse. But I doubt the food would have been worth the wait. Will never attempt this place again.

Mac and cheese good. Collard side too salty. City sampler, fake smoke taste, including sausage. Also this is not a natural organic restaurant in terms of what they may state. Service though was great and order was correct and prompt.

Food was good. I think. bc my 7 year old ate it and he doesn't eat much of anything especially meat so that's impressive. He had a pulled chicken BBQ sandwich and we got some sauce to go. It was good. Price was OK.Parking: Parking was super easy, right next to the restaurant. They have drive through too.

TLDR? Don't waste your time and money.Does this look like double brisket in both? ? No? Does it look like toast that took 15 minutes to toast? No? ? Would you be happy to pay $66 for this disaster of a meal that included sour slaw? Would you have paid an extra $9 (undisclosed ? until the receipt was reviewed) for the "upgrades" since the requested items weren't available? Would you have been satisfied to receive all of this with a side of attitude while you waited for toast that wasn't toasted? ?Huge shout out to City Barbeque for reminding me that the best BBQ places in NC are local and served with a free side of customer service. I'll reserve City BBQ for when I am looking for up charges, out of stocks, disappointment and a free side of attitude.

Nota bbq really but im not joking i see the art and passion for it when i ate here. Did the city sampler and nuthin was to scoff at i mean heck even the turkey made boars head taste like nuthin and the sausage wasnt heavy or spice or grease yet rich and moist full of flavor like my gosh eating that sausage was as good as the first hour of the honeymoon

Came in with my family. Tried to order food for everyone. We were told that we could not get anything fried. They were shutting down the fryers to clean them. It is 8:00 pm. When asked how long before they would be up. Was told they don't know. So my kids could not order chicken tenders and fries. We were also unable to order hush puppies with our food.
