Avoid ordering online! Horrible experience this past weekend. Ordered a birthday cake 5 days in advance, only to show up to pickup the cake and it was not there nor available. When I asked the employee(Pranav) what happened, he said he wasn't sure and he couldn't find the order. When I asked him to check the system again, he said he checked the back and it wasn't there. He did call another store to see if they had the type of cake, but they did not. When I asked for a manager, he said they did not have one and that he did not have access to the schedule. When I asked if he could make the cake, he said he could not. When I then asked how they could make this right, he said he didn't know. So, no cake and no resolution!
I did receive a voicemail from the "manager", but every time I try to call him back it does not ring and goes to a full VM. Avoid ordering any special types of cakes online as this location does not know how to fulfill the order!

Should announce 30 minutes prior to close they will not be mixing rather than making customers wait 30 min and say we are not mixing

Hi. I came in and I was visiting from out of town and I had this very nice young lady name heather I never been there before and she was very polite and helpful and very well mannered.she also did some really cool tricks for example she was tossing around the ice crean .Heather told me all the flavors and was very patient i was very pleased with her service if I come back I would love to see heather again thank you heather for your great service.

This was our first visit to the new opening of this restaurant. We've been to Cold Stone locations before. They were great. My wife and I went in and there were two people working an older lady and a young girl. My wife was asked can I get your order and the older lady on August 1st can I help you? My wife said give me just a minute cuz it's our first visit in a while cuz we live in High Point. But this was the North Main location in High Point. Say this song just standing there rolling her eyes because my wife said give me just a minute the lady rolled her eyes and walked off it was a terrible look so we're probably so we're not go back to this restaurant. Bad first visit. I don't know what made the lady unhappy but she was not friendly and rude. Just wanted to let you know. If she treats everybody like it it's not going to be good for that restaurant.

Ooh it’s was very yummy taste. I tried the vanilla chocolate one and it was so delicious. The nuts was so good

Just came into the store for some ice cream with my husband. It started with not much of a greeting from the server. My husband placed his order, chocolate with chips mixed in. The server put the ice cream in the cup and sprinkled the cups on top, he said he was fine with it. I made sure to stress I wanted the chips mixed in, only to watch her put some ice cream in the cup, sprinkle some chips in, then more ice cream and a little more chips on top . When I asked if they don't mix things in anymore I just got a hhmm kind of answer and she walked over to the register to ring us up. Then no thank you for coming in or have a nice day or anything. Absolutely terrible customer service! I won't go to this store again.
