If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a custom cake for my husbands birthday. I asked before I placed the order if they would be able to do the design I wanted, if not that was okay I could go elsewhere. I was assured they could do it. The message on the cake was supposed to say “what’s funnier than 24? 25!” and I sent the owners wife reference pictures per her request. I picked up the cake which looked nothing like the pictures I sent and had a “cake topper” (a piece of paper with two small sticks taped to it) that said “hey Samuel, what’s funnier than 24? 25!”. My husband's name is not Samuel and it was not supposed to have a name on it at all. Called the owner who had no solution other than leave the cake blank. The manager who was working cut out the part that said “hey Samuel” in the top left. I asked for a 50% refund since the cake was $70 and was told no. I was also told by the owners wife I did not have to take the cake, however I paid for it at the time of order. I also picked up at 5:45 and my husband’s birthday dinner was at 6:30. VERY unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful. Will not come back.

Per google maps Sunday closing time is 9:30; we came at 8:15 on 8/27; chairs were turned upside down, but store open & we were told cannot have ice cream inside as it was closing time. The older among the 2 young girls’ serving was very rude. Did not take cash payment, because of the closing time argument.
