It was a great experience. We were in our RV and the gentleman that took our order was friendly and asked us about where we were traveling feom... Also when we asked for condiments and other items for our meals. 😁 The orders were out quick and with no mistaes.
They over cook burgers sometimes and other food. But everything else tastes pretty good.. always fast service..

I love the food but $4.09 for 7-8 cheesebites is a little excessive. Especially when you can get a tray with 2 sides, both cheese bites for under $10.
Came here last night for food and the whole store is rude and the food is nasty. Can we start a petition to get this store shut down or hire new staff that don’t hate their life

I’m not sure what the name of the employee is that worked the window tonight. She’s typically on the second lane window (cook out is one of my frequent late night eats) when I go around this time. My ticket reads Mackenzie but it could be someone else, nevertheless she has a nose piercing and her hair is in light brown Senegalese twists? Management please take her out her misery and let her go. She clearly hates her job and it shows really bad. She greets guests like we are disturbing her quiet time. She doesn’t read the tickets so we’re constantly having to hold the line for corrections and she behaves as though it is our fault our order is incorrect. Personally, I wouldn’t want that energy around my staff or guests because it transfers. Please advise.

Came in town for the weekend to spend time with family and wanted to try the hype. Came today 9/27 in the hour of 7pm, the girl was rude and treated me like the scum on the bottom of her shoe! Is this acceptable and people tolerate this foolishness? I told her I was a newby and she offered no assistance, she paused as if she didn't give a damn so I just made a selection as I saw fit and said whatever! The jr bacon cheese burger didn't have cheese nor bacon on it, she was just a rude ignorant little girl and so much so that I wanted to mush her! The food was good but didn't prepare my order correctly and it isn't that serious. I'd like a refund and her behind to be fired! I will never come back and glad that I do not live here because there is no way that I would put up with this nasty treatment. I'm so angry with this but I didn't say anything as I realized that it wouldn't change anything.
