I consider myself to be someone who can see both sides of the coin. And since I have been around for 6 decades I know when I'm being screwed. Cookout like most businesses in this country have put a strangle hold on the poor to middle class. I'm seeing pricing going up and up. I've seen customer service fall to just short of F U. I see companies cut jobs and ask those left to do twice as much for the same money. Making cheap garbage , reducing quality and portion in the name of PROFITS. Saying we owe it to our shareholders. Cook out is no different. Over cooked food that burns holes in those Styrofoam trays. They used to put paper foil in the bottom to prevent that. I have to beg for a condiment. One mustard or ketchup per person. Napkins are myths. They were fast in the drive thru . Very efficient. It's a shame that quality and value have been pronounced dead at the scene. Probably the greasy food. Or maybe like big business in this country they were given a green light to take as much as Uncle Sam did from us in the last administration. I guess stealing is only wrong when you are stealing from the wealthy.

I needed a shake at 830pm, and Cookout is open late. Shakes are good. Kinda on the small side for industry standards.

My first time going there I received an order that was WAY off. They barely got it right and the fried okra was very...very burnt. Black burnt. I don't know how they could've served that to someone. Never going back there again!

I went through the drive through ordered. Opened my tray to find the wrong order. Went to the window and told them. They remade the order. This is the second tray, is this what they count as a side? Thanks for the 5 cheese bits. They still didn’t get the wrap correct this is chicken not bacon. This is the last time I come to cookout.
