The food tastes good, but if you order from the drive thru your order is almost guaranteed to be wrong in some way. The employees at the drive thru never repeat your order back to you, and that is a large part or the problem. My last experience at this cookout location left me pretty angry at the way that the drive thru employee spoke to me while I was ordering my food, which is why i am leaving this review. For any managers, or owners that may read this review, please take this seriously… the drive thru employees that work at night are rude, and there is a large chance I will not be returning to this cookout location again because of it. I gave 2 stars because the food actually tastes good, but the service, the accuracy of the orders and the attitude of the employees…. is 1 star worthy in my opinion.

The only cook out I eat from.fresh food i promise each time. They so kind and friendly. Hope this never changes.
This is the second time I’ve been through here and asked for fresh fries with seasoning and I got neither. The fries (chicken strips are rubbery) taste like they’ve been under the warmer for at least an hour or two and of course I don’t trust asking for fresh ones because I know what kind of world we live in these days and I’ve seen firsthand what can happen when you say something. I’m not trying to accuse someone of doing something to the food or say this crew would… but you just can’t trust it when you can’t see it remade. You would think when you specifically ask for fresh, and pay what you do for food that they could at least make it fresh and hot instead of lukewarm mushy fries and not what you ask for. The cheese bites are never hot and melted inside, cool to the taste and very chewy. It’s almost as if they redrop old ones or something to make the outer part crispy again but inside doesn’t heat up. I’d add my photos of my mushy brown fries but it won’t let me. If it’s old grease, please change it because this is nasty and unacceptable. Pretty sure this is a late night stop where it’s just been under the warmer a while. 10/14/25

Okay, they didn't have cheese bites tonight but I tell you what, I feel like they all made up for it with one of the best beef quesadillas I've ever had, it was actually FILLED with stuff I couldn't believe it! The chicken tenders were enormous and crispy, and the fries were delicious, absolutely loved it!

What has happened to this place! I've been eating there since it opened, but today is the last time for me! I keep thinking it is a fluke and try again, but every time I am disappointed. It used to be so good! Every single time we get a milkshake now, they are covered in milkshake, and so is the drink carrier. It dripped all over my pants before we could get home and wipe them all off. The lady didn't give my husband a receipt, and when he asked for one, she rolled her eyes and shut the window. The standards there have gotten so low!
