This is the second time I’ve been through here and asked for fresh fries with seasoning and I got neither. The fries (chicken strips are rubbery) taste like they’ve been under the warmer for at least an hour or two and of course I don’t trust asking for fresh ones because I know what kind of world we live in these days and I’ve seen firsthand what can happen when you say something. Okay, they didn't have cheese bites tonight but I tell you what, I feel like they all made up for it with one of the best beef quesadillas I've ever had, it was actually FILLED with stuff I couldn't believe it! The chicken tenders were enormous and crispy, and the fries were delicious, absolutely loved it!

I consider myself to be someone who can see both sides of the coin. And since I have been around for 6 decades I know when I'm being screwed. Cookout like most businesses in this country have put a strangle hold on the poor to middle class. I'm seeing pricing going up and up. I've seen customer service fall to just short of F U. I see companies cut jobs and ask those left to do twice as much for the same money. Making cheap garbage , reducing quality and portion...
