Excellent service and atmosphere. This is the best spot for a productive meeting, a relaxed hangout, or quiet study time. The ambiance really sets it apart from other cafes in the neighborhood.
I also really appreciate that they’ve installed a tipless culture — it helps maintain consistent customer service and reflects fair treatment of employees.
***One suggestion for management: please consider training baristas to make the coffee more consistent (in terms of strength, preparation, and taste). If this improves, this location would easily outshine nearby competitors.

Took a while for the employee to acknowledge me which felt weird- like they were trying to ignore me. I ordered an iced chai and it was pretty flavorless and not very good. I would like to try a coffee drink in the future, but for now there are better coffee shops I’d rather visit
