Food is decent but I'm beyond done with their terrible customer service. They get the order wrong more often than not, then act indignant when you try to get it corrected, as if you're trying to rip them off for a cup of ranch or a wrong drink size. Their food is not worth the hassle and their attitude is not worth your business.

For whatever reason, my husband likes their BBQ so we go here at least once a week. Half the time all of the employees are out back smoking at the speaker as well as every single time going through the drive thru, we get attitude from all the females handing the food out. They never even speak. Tonight, the girl threw the food bag out the window and handed the drink over and slammed the window shut and left. I had to go through the bag because I wasn't even sure it was all of it because of no communication. Was handed a sweet tea with no ice also? This is the last straw. There are other places with better BBQ. We will not be back!!!!!

Was given attitude and smart ass comments by little girl at drive thru Immediately got a refund and went to another restaurant. Called twice to speak with a manager and was left on hold forever. Will never be back and will make sure to let everyone I know to eat elsewhere

Ummmmm, I don't think you understand the meaning of the word express, so maybe that should be dropped from the name. What an incredibly arduous experience sitting through that drive-thru was. And of course, like so many others these days, there is no escape because of the curb. With 100% certainty, I'll never eat here again.

We used the drive through to pick up our food. The BBQ is delicious. However, the drive-thru service was very slow. It took almost 15 minutes to get our food.
