Ordered at the drive-thru and had to repeat my entire order multiple times. Paid the new “fast food” prices, only to get home and find the order wrong in several ways. A fry was missing, my BLT had no mayo, and my BBQ sandwich (which I specifically asked for with no slaw) was loaded with slaw. I even asked for vinegar, but was given some kind of spicy sauce instead. The BBQ sandwich itself was dry aside from all the unwanted slaw I tried to scrape off. On top of that, everything was cold.
This was already disappointing, especially since our last visit a couple months ago was also a bad experience. We gave it another chance, but unfortunately this visit confirmed it: we won’t be back.

This place is great! Has the best French Fries you’ll ever eat. Sometimes I’ll even go buy a combo and will just eat the fries and put my sandwich in the fridge for later. I highly recommend this place!! I do think since opening the customer service has gone down but it’s still a great place to eat.

Pork tenderloin sandwich was fabulous. Hush puppies, baked beans, bbq slaw and mac n cheese very good. Nice to have a fast alternative to burgers. Will come again.

We were again shorted food with drive thru window. It’s crazy they cannot get orders correct. Food is good but there are other BBQ restaurants that actually care about their customers.
