I am honestly appalled at the poor customer service we experienced here today. After placing a $51 order online we arrived to pickup our order. Unaware that the order had not come through to their system we arrived at the location. As we went to the counter and politely waited to be addressed we were asked to hold on. The cashier then came back to the counter and pulled out his phone; he did not acknowledge us and proceeded to deal with his phone while we waited to initially be greeted and assisted. We ended up having to say excuse me before the cashier would acknowledge us even though he had just previously asked us to hold on and we were standing right in front of him. Rude customer service, never were able to get our food. Had to call door dash and request cancellation as I was even unable to call the store. The number they had listed constantly ran busy. Yes there burgers are good; but in contrast their prices are high, their customer service sucks and Five Guys was right down the road. We got our food from there in less than 10 minutes. now I'm waiting 7-10 business days for a $51 order to be refunded to my account. Ridiculous! Oh and Five Guys was cheaper too!

Had the pleasure of indulging in the most amazing buttery Texas toast burger, and I can't stop raving about it! The moment I took my first bite, I was blown away by the rich, buttery flavor of the perfectly toasted bread. It was crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, creating the ideal canvas for the juicy burger patty.

I recently visited Damn Good Burgers and Dogs, and it was a delicious experience! The burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection, with a variety of toppings that really made them stand out. The hotdogs were equally impressive. The only downside was a bit of a wait during peak hours, but the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere made up for it. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Was anticipating something great based upon reviews, but upon arriving both the cook and the cashier were too busy with cell phones. When they did take the time the food was extremely overcooked as if the food had been cooked an hr prior and simply reheated. Hotdogs were also covered up in the menu which was a disappointment as well I’m certain when it’s hustling with a line this concept is great… but tonight before the rush… it was far away from great. Too bad as we paid 35$ for two meals that were overcooked and dry.

We ordered the country cowboy burger and regular fries. We must have hit them at a slow time because the burger was incredibly overcooked and edges dried out and crunchy, and the fries were just above room temperature. It seemed like they had made the food 2 hours prior and just heated it up and served it. Super disappointed, the flavor of the burger seemed good so if it was actually made fresh I bet they're good. Won't be coming back here.

The prices don’t match the food - a $10 hotdog should be a jumbo not a regular. I definitely do not recommend eating at this place at all!

This should be called the No Damn Good Burgers and Dogs. Either we just got really unlucky or the food is just awful. Hotdog had plenty of toppings but was burnt black and barely ediable. The Big Texas was anything but big…. Again 2 burnt patties, to the point that the cheese wasn’t even cheese anymore and the toppings were non-existent..... We figured out why it took so long to get our order, they were too busy burning everything...
We had high hopes for this place but would not recommend. Even had another patron stop and ask if we ordered from there and when we said yes, she said she wouldn't have recommended it either, that her experience was bad and the food eat bad.... Sad when you want something to be good and it isn't. Guess we will try some of the other cool restaurants in this little food mall type area!!

I visited the Stock and Grain food hall today and decided to try this place out since I love a good hotdog! The hotdog itself was pretty good and you can tell they use quality hotdogs. I got fries with the hotdogs and while they were good with all the sauces on top, I felt the fries could have tasted a bit fresher. Maybe we came too late in the afternoon or something (2:30PM). But all in all, I would come back and try some of their other items.
