This is a quaint walk back in time. A small lunch counter atmosphere with quick, simple food and great service. The hotdog was good, but the double cheeseburger is perhaps the best cheeseburger I’ve ever eaten. Don’t load the burger up with toppings… the plain meat and cheese was delicious! This was our first visit, but it won’t be the last. It’s a small space and it was very busy when we arrived… we almost left, but a table opened up. It was ABSOLUTELY worth...
I have been to this lovely establishment several times, and I must recommend eating at the bar, which is from the 1940s.
I adore the older, unchanged style of this place. And I love that they have stayed true to themselves this entire time. Their menu hasn’t changed much or at all over the years.
While they are not changing the culinary world with their food, they do offer a delicious and cheap lunch for those who are willing to traverse...

They are affordable, and quicker than any fast food restaurant. You can sit down, order, and eat within a 20 minute time frame if you need a quick lunch, and you won't find a better spot in town.
