I have never experienced the lack of customer service at a Dominoes establishment that I did yesterday. I ordered a pizza and was given the option at the counter to coupon it to have a pizza and a drink for a cheaper price, so I said yes. Apparently the coupon didn’t work, and the employees accused me that my card didn’t go through (even though the screen said approved and I showed them my bank statement to which they pointed out that the transaction said pending, which is what a transaction does before it’s posted the next business day). Their solution was for me to pay for the pizza twice. Even when the employees realized that it was their machines mistake, there was no apology and honestly just completely rude -they barely acknowledged me in the whole situation and just talked to one another. At that point, after 10 minutes of this interaction I asked for a refund. Would not recommend this Dominoes to anyone.

I'm pulling on the door all workers are doing stuff but just staring at me trying to enter the store an the door locked. I ended up calling and same thing I basically said I just order an trying to pick up an pay but door lock they said they didn't know but I'm like come on. Haven't checked pizzas to see if correct I hope they are but this was my main thing. 😡 Then waiting on my receipt I'm just standing there smh.

Always nice to have a solid Dominos nearby when you have a craving and don’t want to spend 30 bucks for one pie at a local spot. Fast and hot on what looked like a busy Saturday night so we had no complaints. Well done pan and Brooklyn style are our go tos, I’m sure you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu; seems like it’s really well run.

Ordered on uber eats, said my order was being prepared and then it was heading my way waited and my order went to complete and I called the store for 30 minutes and got no one to answer the phone my card was charged but no food was ever received

I understand forgetting a ranch cup every now and then. I can even understand delivery running behind. What I don't understand is how they completely forget to put the sauce on the tots when it is part of the meal. It's like then not putting sauce on pizza. This is the second time too from this location. There is no point in even calling the store about the issue. I called the first time it happened and they said they would send the order out correctly and it never showed up.

Order pizza but this time the pizza was under cooked so call the store Mgr had a nasty attitude. I was letting him know it was under cooked and was in the background being nasty. If you don’t like your job step down and pizza was undercooked and doughie. No more dominos from that store. He didn't give a shit about what I order it was to his liking

The chicken wings were absolutely nasty and the driver left my food on the ground outside my gate instead of at front door. If he couldn’t get in he could have called me.

Very inconsiderate staff, including the managers. They left my pizza order on the porch without any notification, and my food was filled with Ants. I've tried to get reimbursement, but the manager denied my request or considered getting another pizza in Westchester! I would not recommend it. They do not care about their customers at all.
