Great clean place with friendly staff, but they have a huge Vegan Donuts poster in the window and are constantly out of the mix to make said donuts. Don’t expect any place to cater to any diet, just stinks to be disappointed time after time.

Also, the quality of the food has gone down. The donuts were not freshly made and it was obvious they had been sitting for a bit.

My experience at this location was less than desired. It’s a shame when you go somewhere looking for vegan donuts and they tell you that they don’t have batter for the vegan donuts. Also, by the way, it’s been on back order for over a month.
The staff was friendly. However, I’m disappointed I left with no donuts. If you are looking for vegan donuts, I do not recommend here as there is no telling if they will have the batter for you.

Not a family-friendly atmosphere. The staff uses inappropriate language and the music is frequently inappropriate for small children. Also the smell is so overwhelming! I have to wash my coat anytime we stop to pick up donuts. The seating area looks like a huge storage closet. I hate it because this is the largest DD I've ever been in and they have so much space, yet it can't be utilized.

Didn't know there was Dick Donuts in Greensboro. A pleasant surprise.
Delicious, fresh donuts. Great selection of special flavors, along with classic flavors. Also tried a seasonal mint mocha frappé that was also delicious.
Some locations have vegan options as well.
